Claims (12)
- 다속 변속이 가능한 주변속부(12)와, 주변속부(12)에 직렬 접속된 다속 변속이 가능한 보조변속부(14)와, 보조변속부(14)에 직렬로 접속되는 다속변속이 가능한 변속폭 확대부(15)등을 내장하는 아우징(16)과, 자신에 연동 회전하게 접속되는 입력기어(22)를 구비하는 입력축(18), 입력축(18)에 동축으로 보조변속부(14)내로 연장하는 주축(28), 상기 하우징(16)에 회전자재하게 지지되고 입력기어(22)로 구동되는 주변 속부 중간축(24,26), 주변속부 중간축(24,26)에 접속되는 다수의 주변속부 중간축이어(36,38,40,42) 주축(28)을 둘러싸나 항상 접속되지는 않고 항상 주변속부 중간축기어(36,38,40,42)에 의해 구동되는 다수의 주변속부 주축기어 (46,48,50), 상기 주변속부 주축기어(46,48,50)들을 한번에 하나씩 선택적으로 주축(28)에 연동 접속시키는 주변속부 조오클러치 어셈블리(56,58,60)등으로 구성되는 주변속부(12)와, 상기 하우징(16)에 회전자재하게 지지되는 보조변속부 중간축(78,80), 주축(28)에 동축접속되는 슬리이브축(200), 보조 변속부중간축(78,80)에 접속되는 다수의 보조변속부중간축기어(84,86,88), 슬리이브축(200)에 스플라인 접속되어 연동 회전하고 상기 보조변속부 중간축기어(84,86,88)들중 보조변속부 중간축기어(88)에 항시 맞물려 있는 출력기어(112), 주축(28)을 둘러쌈으로써 연동 회전하고 보조변속부 중간축기어(84,86)에 항시 맞물려 있는 보조변속부 주축기어(108,110), 상기 보조변속부 주축기어(108,110)와 출력기어(112)들을 한번에 하나씩 선택적으로 주축(28)에 연동 접속시키는 보조변속부 조오클러치 어셈블리(116,118,120)등으로 구성되는 보조 변속부(14)와, 주축(28)에 대해서 주변속부 종클러치 어셈블리(56,58,60)를 선택적으로 이동시키는 변속레버(72)와, 상기 보조변속부 조오클러치 어셈블리(116,118,120)를 주축(28)에 대해서 선택적으로 이동시키는 이송실린더 어셈블리(114)등으로 구성되는 변속기(10)에 있어서, 변속폭 확대부(15)는 주축(28)과 슬리이브축(200)에 대해 동축 접속되나, 이들에 대해 독립적으로 회전이 가능한 출력축(74)과, 상기 보조변속부 중간축(78,80)에 접속되어 연동 회전하는 변속폭 확대부 중간축기어(204)와, 출력축(74)을 둘러싸나 출력축(74)에 대해 독립적으로 회전 가능한 변속폭 확대부 출력축기어(202)와, 상기 슬리이브축(200)을 출력축(74)에 연동 회전하게 접속하고 변속폭 확대부 출력축기어(202)를 출력축(874)에 독립적으로 회전시키는 제 1선택위치와, 슬리이브축(200)과 출력축(74) 및 변속폭 확대부 출력축기어(202)를 각기 독립 회전시키는 제 2선택위치와, 변속폭 확대부 출력축기어(202)를 출력축(74)에 연동 회전하게 접속시키고 슬리이브축(200)과 출력축(74)간의 독립적 회전을 허용하는 제 3 선택위치를 구비하는 변속폭 확대부 클러치(206)와 상기 변속폭 확대부 클러치(206)를 3가지 선택위치중 선택된 한위치로 선택적 위치시키는 변속폭 확대부 변속장치등으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합변속기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 변속폭 확대부 클러치(206)는 정조오클러치인 것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합변속기.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 변속폭확대부 클러치(206)는 출력축(74)에 설치되어 출력축(74)과 연동 회전하는 한편 출력축(74)에 설치되어 출력축(74)과 연동 회전하는 한편 출력축(74)상을 축상 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속율을 확대한 분할형 복합변속기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 슬리이브축(200)은 출력축(74)상에 신축식으로 지지되는 원통형 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합변속기.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 슬리이브축(200)은 출력기어(112)상에 형성된 내측스플라인과 항시 맞물리는 외측 스플라인을 구비하고, 변속폭 확대부 클러치(206)상에 형성된 내측스플라인에 접속과 분리가 자재한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합 변속기.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 변속폭 확대부 변속장치는 마스터제어선택놉(250)의 버튼(254)과 3위치 피스톤 및 실린더 어셈블리(210)로 구성되며, 변속폭 확대부 제어장치는, 주변속부(12)가 최저속 전진기어중 하나 또는 후진기어에 접속되지 않았다면, 변속폭을 확대부 클러치(206)가 제 3선택위치에 위치하는 것을 방지하는 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합변속기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 보조변속부 조오클러치 어셈블리(116,118,120)는 탄성 차단되는 노 조오클러치 어셈블리인 것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합변속기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 변속폭 확대부 중간축기어(204)의 칫수에 대한 변속폭 확대부 출력축기어(202)의 칫수비는 보조변속부 중간축기어(84,86,88) 각각의 칫수에 대한 보조변속부 주축기어(108,110) 또는 출력기어(112)의 최대 칫수비보다 큰것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합변속기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 변속폭 확대부 변속장치는 마스터 제어선택놉(250)의 버튼(254)과 3위치 피스톤 및 실린더 어셈블리(210)를 포함하며, 변속폭 확대부 제어장치는, 주변속부(12)가 최저속전진기어중 하나 또는 후진기어에 접속되지 않았다면, 변속폭 확대부 클러치(206)가 제 3선택 위치에 위치하는 것을 방지하는 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합변속기.

- 제10항에 있어서, 변속폭 확대부 중간축기어(204)의 칫수에 대한 변속폭 확대부 출력축기어(202)의 칫수비는 보조변속부 중간축기어(84,86,88) 각각의 칫수에 대한 보조변속부 주축기어(108,110) 또는 출력기어(112)의 최저치수비보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합변속기.
- 보조변속부(14)의 출력기어(112)에 연동 회전하게 접속되고, 주축(28)과 출력축(74)에 동축 접속되지만 이들에 대해독립적으로 회전자재한 슬리이브축(200)과, 보조변속부 중간축(78,80)에 접속되어 연동 회전하는 변속폭 확대부 중간축기어(204)에 항시 맞물려 있는 변속폭 확대부 출력축기어(202)와, 슬리이브축(200)을 출력축(74)에 연동회전하게 접속하는 제 1선택위치와, 슬리이브축(200), 출력축(74)과 변속폭 확대부 출력축기어(202)을 각기 독립적으로 회전하게 하는 제 2선택위치와, 변속폭 확대부 출력축기어(202)를 출력축(74)에 연동 회전하게 접속하는 한편 슬리이브축(200)을 독립회전 가능하게 하는 제 3선택위치를 구비하는 변속폭 확대부 클러치(206)등으로 구성되는 변속폭 확대부(15)와, 변속폭 확대부(15)와 직렬 접속되는 분할형의 보조변속부(14)와, 보조변속부(14)에 직렬 접속되는 주변속부(12)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속폭을 확대한 분할형 복합 변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
