Claims (5)
- 캐소드와 이 캐소드의 주위에 배치된 공진공동이 있는 통형의 애노드와 이 애노드의 일부에 밀폐 봉착되고, 애노드와 함께 진공외곽 용기를 형성하며, 이 외곽용기내에 공간의 일부를 구별하고, 또한 개구부가 있는 통형의 금속용기와 이 금속용기의 전술한 개구부에 밀폐되도록 이어 맞추어진 출력부 절연통과 일단부가 전술한 애노드의 공진공동에 전기적으로 결합되고, 전술한 금속용기의 개구부를 관통하여 절연통의 내부쪽의 공간을 통해서 연장된 출력 안테나 리이드와 전술한 금속용기의 내부쪽에 통형 도전체에 의해서 전술한 안테나 리이드를 둘러싸고 임의의 고조파 파장의 약1/4를깊이의 고리모양의 홈으로 된 쵸크가 형성되어서 된 전자 레인지용 마그네트론에 있어서, 전술한 안테나 리이드가 관통하는 개구부의 내부지름을 제4고조파 이상의 임의의 특정된 고차 고조파의 파장의 약 1/2, 또는 그 이하의 치수로 설정하는 장치와 전술한 금속용기의 내부쪽 공간에 개구부가 설치되어 전술한 고차 고조파에 대하여 복사 억제 작용을 나타내는 고리 모양의 홈이 있으며 이 개구부 또는 그 근처의 반지름 방향의 폭이 그 고조파 파장의 1/10이하로 형성된 쵸크를 구비하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 레인지용 마그네트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속용기에 쵸크가 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속용기가 쵸크의 일부를 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개구부 벽을 쵸크의 일부를 형성하는 실린더로 구분하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쵸크는 안테나 리이드에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
