Claims (2)
- 전원(VDD)으로부터 직렬로 모스트랜지스터(M1,M2)사이에 저항(R)을 연결하고 상기한 모스트랜지스터(M1,M2)와 병렬로 모스트랜지스터(M3,M4) 및 (M5,M6)을 연결하여 발진회로의 모스트랜지스터(M7,M8)의 바이어스 회로를 구성하고, 상기한 모스트랜지스터(M5)의 게이트 및 소오스단자의 접속점으로부터 발진회로의 모스트랜지스터(M7)의 게이트를 연결하고, 상기한 모스 트랜지스터(M4,M6)의 공통 게이트 접속점으로부터 발진회로의 모스트랜지스터(M8)의 게이트를 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저주파수 발진 집적회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이어스회로의 모스트랜지스터(M1,M2,M4)는 집적시에 면적(폭과 길이)을 조정함으로써 발진회로의 발진주파수를 조절하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저주파수 발진 집적회로.
