본 고안은 소형의 수동식 압축 분무기에 있어 익통에 연결된 공기압축 실린더 내부에 설치된 역류방지 밸브를 통해 압축공기를 공급하여 약통 전방에 설치된 밸브를 개방하면 분사관에 연결된 분사 노즐을 통해 약액이 분사되도록 하여 누구나 손쉽게 사용할수 있도록한 것인데 종래의 분무기는 일일히 두손으로 피스톤을 작용케하여 압축공기를 약액과 함께 분출케함으로서 작업도중에 잠시 중단코저 할때는 이미 압축된 공기만큼은 계속 분사가 되므로 원하는 작업에 지장이 많으며, 또한 다시 작동코저 할대는 압축공기를 넣어줘야 하며 두손을 모두 사용해야만 작동이 가능함으로 그 불편함이 많았다.
본 고안은 위와같이 불편함을 해결하기 위해 안출한 것으로 일정압의 공기압을 가하여 약통 전방에 형성된 잠김 밸브만 필요에 따라 개페 해주면 한손으로도 쉽게 분사할수 있고 다른 한손은 딴일을 할 수 있도록 한것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
분부기약통(1)의 일단에 형성된 연결구(2)에는 역류 방지밸브(5)가 장치된 공기압축 실린더(3)를 나착하고 내부에는 피스톤(4)이 연결된 피스톤롯드(4')를 장설하며 약통(1)전방에 일체로 형성된 분사관(6)에는 통기공(6')을 형성하여 약통(1) 내부로는 흡입 호스(7)를 연결시켜 약통(1) 바닥면에 안착케하고 분사관(6) 측면부에는 통공(8')이 형성된 잠김밸브(8)를 장설하며, 전면부에는 분사노즐(9)과 노즐캡(10)을 각각 착설하여서 된 구조이다.
미설명 부호 11은 투입구, 12은 손잡이임.
이와같이된 본 고안의 작용효과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
투입구(11)를 통해 약통(1)에 약액을 채워놓고 잠김밸브(8)를 잠근뒤에 공기압축 실린더(3)에 장설된 피스톤(4)을 일정압만큼 압축하여 분사할때에 잠김밸브(8)의 통공(8')을 분사관(6)의 통기공(6')과 일렬로 위치되게 하면 약액은 압축공기와 함께 분사노즐(9)과 노즐캡(10)을 통해 분사하게 된다.
이와 같이 일정압을 가한뒤 필요할때 마다 약통(1)전방의 잠김밸브(8)만 개페작동을 시켜주면 손잡이로 압축공기를 불어 넣어줄 필요없이 저절로 압축된 공기에 의해 약액이 분출되므로 한손으로도 분무기를 쥐고 다른 한손으로는 이것저것 손질해가며 작업을 할수 있으며, 또한 언제든지 밸브만 잠그면 즉각 분출이 멎어지므로 상기에서 지적된 문제점을 쉽게 해결할 수 있는등 실용적인 효과가 많은 고안이다

  1. 피스톤롯드(4')에 연결된 피스톤(4')과 역류방지밸브(5)가 장설된 공지의 공기압축 실린더(3)를 약통(1)에 형성된 연결구(2)에 나착하고 약통(1)전방에 위치한 분사관(6)에는 통기공(6')을 형성하여 약통(1)내부로는 흡입호스(7)를 연결시켜 바닥면에 안착케 하고 분사관(6) 측면에는 통공(8')이 형성된 잠김밸브(8)를 장설하며, 전면부에는 분사노즐(9)과 노즐캡(10)을 각각 착설하여서 구성한 분무기.
