Description
Claims (15)
- (1) 결합 스티렌 함량[S]가 0내지 40중량%이고, (2) 부타디엔 부분에서의 비닐 연결함량[V]가 1내지 80%이며, (3) 중량평균 분자량(Mw)가 10,000내지 1,000,000이고, (4) 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 1.2내지 5.0인 부타디엔 중합체를 선택적 부분 수소함으로써 제조되며, (5) 수소화비율[A]가 전체 부타디엔 부분의 3내지 85%이고, (6) 부타디엔 부분의 비닐 연결 잔기에서의 수소화비율[B]가 20%이상임을 특징으로 하며,[A],[B],[S]및 [V]가 하기 관계:(7) [A]/([S]+[V]1/2=내지 8및 (8) [B]ㆍ[V]1/2/[A]=10내지 16을 만족함을 특징으로 하는 선택적 부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화비율[A]가 3내지 60%이고 수소화비율[B]가 30%이상인 선택적 부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1) 결합 스티렌 함량[S]가 0내지 30중량%이며, (2) 부타디엔 부분에서의 비닐 연결 함량[V]가 5내지 60중량%이고, (3) 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)가 50,000내지 8,000,000이며,(4) 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)이 1.5내지 3.0인 부타디엔 중합체를 부분적으로 수소화한 선택적 부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화되는 부타디엔 중합체가 부타디엔 단독 중합체인 선택적 부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화되는 부타디엔 중합체가 스티렌 함량이 30중량%이하이며 스티렌이 불규칙하게 결합된 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체인 선택적 부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체.
- (1) 결합 스티렌 함량[S]가 0내지 40중량%이고 (2) 부타디엔 부분에서의 비닐 연결 함량[V]가 1내지 80중량%이며, (3) 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)가 10,000내지 1,000,000이고, (4) 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 1.2내지 5.0인 부타디엔 중합체를 선택적 부분 수소화함으로써 제조되며,(5) 수소화비율[A]가 전체 부타디엔 부분의 3내지 85%이고, (6) 부타디엔 부분의 비닐 연결잔기에서의 수소화비율[B]가 20%이상이며,[A],[B],[S]및 [V]가 하기 관계:(7) [A]/([S]+[V])1/2=2내지 8및 (8) [B]ㆍ[V]1/2/[A]=10내지 16을 만족하는 선택적 부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체를 30중량%이상 함유한 출발물질 고무 100중량부, 카아본 블랙10내지 150중량부 및 가황제 0.1내지 10부로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어 제조에 사용하기 적합한 고무 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 선택적 부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체의 수소화비율[A]가 3내지 60%이며, 선택전부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체의 수송화 비율[B]가 30%이상인 고무 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 부분 수소화되는 부타디엔 중합체가 (1) 결합 스티렌 함량[S]가 0내지 30중량%이고, (2)부타디엔 부분에서의 비닐 연결 함량[V]가 5내지 60%이며, (3) 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)가 50,000내지 800,000이고, (4) 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)이 1.5내지 5.0인 조성물.
- (1) 결합 스티렌 함량[S]가 0내지 30중량5이고, (2) 부타디엔 부분에서의 비닐 연결 함량[V]가 5내지 60%이며, (3) 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)가 50,000내지 800,000이고, (4) 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)이 1.2내지 5.0인 부타디엔 중합체를 선택적 부분 수소화함으로써 제조되며,(5) 수소화 비율[A]가 전체 부타디엔 부분의 3 내지 85%이며, (6) 부타디엔 부분의 비닐 연결잔기에서의 수소화비율[B]가 20%이상인 선택적 부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체를 2내지 25중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 강인화제를 함유한 내충격성 스티렌계수지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 선택적 부분 수소화후, 1,2-비닐 연결 함량[V]가0.5내지 12%이며, 1,4-연결함량[V]가 10%이상인 내충격성 스티렌계수지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 부분 수소화되는 부타디엔 중합체가 (1) 결합 스티렌 함량[S]가 0내지 30중량%이고, (2) 부타디엔 부분에서의 비닐 연결 함량[V]가 5내지 60중량%이며, (3) 중량평균 분자량(Mw)가 50,000내지 8,000,000이고, (4) 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)이 1.5내지 3.0인 내충격성 스티렌계수지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 수소화비율[A]가 3내지 60%이며, 숫화비율[B]가 30%이상인 내충격성 스티렌계수지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 수소화되는 부타디엔이 부타디엔 단독 중합체인 내충격성 스티렌계수지.
- 제9항에 있어서, 수소화되는 부타디엔 중합체가 스티렌을 30중량%이하로 함유한 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체인 내충격성 스티렌계수지.
- (1) 결합 스티렌 함량[S]가 0내지 40중량%이고, (2) 부타디엔 부분에서의 비닐 연결함량[V]가 1내지 80%이며, (3) 중량평균 분자량(Mw)가 10,000내지 1,000,000이고, (4) 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 1.2내지 5.0인 부타디엔 중합체를 선택적 부분 수소함으로써 제조되며, (5) 수소화비율[A]가 전체 부타디엔 부분의 3내지 85%이며 (6) 부타디엔 부분의 비닐 연결 잔기에서의 수소화비율[B]가 20%이상이며,[A],[B],[S]및 [V]가 하기 관계: (7) [A]/([S]+[V]1/2=내지 8, (8) [B]ㆍ[V]1/2/[A]=10내지 16을 만족하며, 선택적 부분 수소화후 [V]의 1,2-비닐 연결 함량이 0.5내지 12%이고 [V]의 1,4-연결 함량이 10%이상인 선택적 부분 수소화 부타디엔 중합체 2내지 25중량부를, 스티렌 단량체 또는 스티렌 단량체와 공중합할 수 있는 단량체와 스티렌 단량체와의 혼합물 98내지 75부와 괴상중합, 현탁중합, 또는 용액 중합법에 의해 라디칼 중합함을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 스티렌계수지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
