The present invention relates to a connector device of a coaxial cable for signal transmission to a television receiver or a video tape recorder.

The connector of coaxial cable is divided into two types. One is the union type, which is connected by screwing to the connector sheet installed in the product, and the other is inserted by inserting and detaching.

In the former case, when the shield wire shielding the cable core wire is connected to the connector, a part of the shield wire is exposed and pressed and connected to the metal ring with a slightly larger diameter, so that the appearance is not good.

Recently, the above-mentioned detachable connector has been used a lot, which has a beautiful appearance, but the shield wire is soldered to the shield pipe and connected to it, and then the outer mold is molded with synthetic resin. Has the drawback of being poor. In addition, there is a problem that it is difficult for the general consumer to fix when a failure occurs.

However, the connector device of the present invention is a detachable type, which is connected to the sealed tube and the outer case without crimping or soldering the lead wire of the coaxial cable, and is easy to assemble and easily assembled by a general consumer. Referring to the configuration and operation of the present invention in detail based on the accompanying drawings as follows.

In the insert (1), which is interposed with a connecting pin for connecting a common coaxial cable core wire as in the first and second degrees, a shield pipe (2, 2 ') divided into two bodies is inserted into the insert (3, 3'). Is inserted into the recessed grooves 4 and 4 'of the shielded pipe and fixed in position, and the male threaded pipe 5 covered with the upper half of the shielded pipe is provided with a locking groove 6 and 6' at the inner periphery of the lower end thereof. 4.4 ') the backside is caught and free rotation is prevented. The lower half of the female threaded screw (7) screwed to the male threaded tube is formed into a lower narrow type and a coaxial cable is connected between this part and the lower end of the lower narrowed tube (8,8') of the shielded pipe. The hook wire 10 of the cable support 9 fitted to the lower end of the female threaded tube 7 is connected to the airtight seal of the female threaded tube 7 and is freely rotated by being caught by the jaw face 7 '. Silver connection pin, 12 coaxial cable core, 13 shield wire, 14 inner skin, 15 outer shell, 16 normal connector A sheet.

When explaining the effect of the configuration of the present invention through the assembly process as shown in Fig. 1 put the shield pipe (2, 2 ') divided into two bodies around the insert (1) in the separated state first The protrusions 3 and 3 'protruding from the upper surface of the insert 1 are fitted into the grooves 4.4' formed on the inner surfaces of the shield pipes 2 and 2 'so that they are fixed in position. (5) If the groove (4.4 ') of the seal pipe (2.2) is to be caught in the engaging groove (6,6') insert (1) and the seal pipe (2.2 ') and the male screw (5) They are combined in one body, and these are protrusions 3.3 ', the recesses 4 and 4' and the locking grooves 6 and 6 'are coupled to each other to prevent free rotation from each other. In this state, however, the male threaded pipe 5 is pulled upward to be detached from the shielded pipes 2 and 2.

In this way, the cable support 9 is inserted into the lower end of the synthetic resin female threaded pipe 7, and the cutout is caught by the hook 10 having elasticity and the car jaw surface 7 'is prevented from spontaneous detachment and freely rotates. You can do it.

And the coaxial cable is inserted into the support hole 9 center hole (not shown) in sufficient length, but the support hole 9 center hole diameter is almost the same size as the outer diameter of the coaxial cable sheath 15, and is firmly inserted and supported. will be. Therefore, the female threaded pipe 7 can be idled with the hook 10 of the support 9 in which the coaxial cable is inserted as a central axis.

Next, the endothelial 14 and the core 15 of the end of the coaxial cable are properly peeled off, and the exposed endothelial 14 and the core wire 12 are inserted into the shield pipe 2.2 'and the male thread pipe 5, respectively. 1) When it is inserted underneath, the endothelium 14 is inserted into the insert 1 and the core wire 12 is inserted into and connected to the core wire receiving portion of the connecting pin 11 shown by the dotted line in FIG.

On the other hand, the exposed shield wire 13 is wrapped around the lower end portion 8,8 'of the shield pipe (2.2'), when the female screw pipe 7 is screwed to the male screw pipe (5) assembly is assembled. Is over. In this case, the lower half of the female screw 7 is also in the lower strait type, so that the tighter and more tightly tightens the seal line 13, the lower portion of the lower side of the lower thread of the female screw 7 and the lower side of the lower side of the shield tube 2, 2 '. While being hermetically held between (8, 8 '), they remain connected to the metal shield pipe (2, 2'). For reference, when the female screw tube 7 is tightened, as described above, the support 9 and the coaxial gage are not rotated, but only the female screw tube 7 is rotated and coupled, so that the shield wire 13 may be staggered. It is not there.

The female threaded pipe (7) and the male threaded pipe (5) are screwed together, and the shielded pipe (13) of the coaxial cable is clamped between the female threaded pipe (7) and the shielded pipe (2.2 '), and eventually the contact parts are attached to the coaxial cable. This is firmly coupled and the connection state of the shield wire 13 is also good.

When the connector of the present invention as described above is combined with a coaxial cable, there is no need for crimping or soldering work as in the prior art, and thus, the operation is easy and can be easily operated as a general consumer.
