Description

뚜껑의 개폐가 용이한 인주갑
제1도는 본 고안의 뚜껑을 분리시킨 전체 사시도.

본 고안은 탁상용 인주갑의 뚜껑을 좌우로 이동시켜 용이하게 열수 있도록 하되 뚜껑이 인주갑으로부터 이탈되지 않도록 한 인주갑에 관한 것이다.
종래의 인주갑 뚜껑은 단순히 ""형의 단면 형상을 갖는 것으로서 개폐는 용이하나 갑채와 뚜껑이 결합된 상태가 아니고 단순히 갑체위에 뚜껑을 올려놓은 것과 같은 상태이므로 사용시 조금만 부주의 하여도 뚜껑이 갑체에서 이탈되어 파손되거나 사용자의 옷을 더럽히는 결점이 있었다.
인주를 사용하지 않을때는 수분증발을 방지하기 위하여 뚜껑을 닫아두는 것이 바람직하며, 이와 반대로 사용시에는 즉시 뚜껑을 열수 있도록 되어 있어야 하고, 뚜껑을 열거나 닫은 상태에서는 상술한 바와 같은 뚜껑이 갑체로부터 이탈되지 않아야 하는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 인주갑 뚜껑이 인주 사용시 또는 보관시에 갑체로 부터 쉽게 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 갑채의 상측 외연에 안내돌기를 형성하고 갑체와 나란히 설치되어 있는 보조갑채의 상측 외연에도 동일한 형상의 안내돌기를 나란히 형성하여 뚜껑을 개폐하기가 간편하도록 하며 특히 뚜껑의 하단 양측 주연에는 내측으로 안내돌기와 꼭 맞는 안내요홈을 형성하여, 개폐를 위해 뚜껑을 좌우로 이동시키는 것은 가능하나 상방으로는 뚜껑이 열리지 않도록 함으로서 사용시 또는 보관시에 부주의로 인하여 인주갑을 떨어뜨린다 하더라도 뚜껑이 갑체로 부터 이탈되지 않는 인주갑을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면과 함께 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 인주갑몸체(1)상에 갑체(2)와 보조갑체(3)가 형성된 것에 있어서 갑체(2)의 양측 상단 외측에 수평방향으로 안내돌기(4)(4')를 돌설시키고 보조갑채(3)의 양측 상단 외측에도 보조 안내돌기(5)(5')를 돌설시키며, 뚜껑(6)의 양측 하단에는 내측으로 같게 형성된 서로 대향되는 안내요홈(7)(7')을 형성하여, 뚜껑(6)의 안내요홈(7)(7')에 갑체(2) 및 보조갑채(3)의 안내돌기(4)(4') 또는 보조 안내돌기(5)(5') 가 맞물린 상태로 결합된 구조로 되어 있다.
미 설명부호 8은 인주, 9는 솔, 10은 인장 보관용 요홈, 11은 보조갑채(3)내의 요철부이다.
상기와 같은 구조로 되어 있는 본 고안은 예시도면 제2도와 같은 상태에서 뚜껑(6)을 우측 즉, 보조갑채(3)방향으로 밀면 뚜껑(6)은 갑채(2)의 안내돌기(4)(4')에 안내요홈(7)(7')이 결합된 상태를 유지하면서 우측으로 이동되다가 같은 높이에 형성된 보조 안내돌기(5)(5')를 따라 계속 이동되어 예시도면 제3도와 같이 인주(8)를 사용할 수 있는 상태가 되며 인주(8)를 사용한 후에도 뚜껑(6)을 좌측으로 밀어서 뚜껑(6) 양측 하단의 안내요홈(7)(7')이 보조갑체(3)의 보조 안내돌기(5)(5') 및 안내돌기(4)(4')에 걸린 상태로 이동되게 하므로서 뚜껑(6)이 열려있을 때나 닫혀 있을때나 안내돌기(4)(4')또는 보조 안내돌기(5)(5')에 결합된 상태가 되므로, 취급 또는 보관시에는 뚜껑(6)이 인주갑 몸체(1)에서 이탈되지 않는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 인주갑 몸체(1)상에 갑체(2)와 보조갑체(3)가 나란히 형성된 것에 있어서, 갑체(2)와 보조갑체(2)의 양측상단 외측에 각각 안내돌기(4)(4')와 보조 안내돌기(5) (5')를 돌실시키고, 뚜껑(6)의 양측 하단 내측에는 서로 대향되는 안내요홈(7)(7')을 형성하여, 안내요홈(7)(7')이 안내돌기(4)(4')와 보조 안내돌기(5)(5') 상에서 좌우로 이동되면서 개폐가능토록 된 뚜껑의 개폐가 용이한 인주갑.
