Claims (2)
- 복수의 가이드로울러(26a,26b)를 지나서 연속적으로 인발되는 연주 주편(24)으로 향하여 상기 가이드로울러(26a,26b)의 사이를 통과하도록 미스트를 분사하면서 주편(24)의 냉각을 행하는데 있어서, 적어도 1조의 이웃하는 가이드로울러(26a,26b)의 중간점에 2개 분출공(22a,22b)을 가진 단일의 미스트 분출 노즐(12)을 배치하여 미스트의 분사를 행하고, 이때 주편(24)으로부터 미스터 분출공(22a,22b)까지의 거리가 가이드로울러(26a,26b)의 직경 이상인 동시에 각 분출공(22a,22b)은 분사류가 내향하는 방향으로 경사지게 하고, 이때 가이드로울러(26a,26b)직경, 가이드로울러(26a,26b)간의 거리 및 미스트 분출공(22a,22b)으로부터 주편(24)표면까지의 거리에 따라서 상기 분출공(22a,22b)의 경사각을 설정함으로써 분사류가 주편표면에 도달하기까지의 지점에서 교차하도록 미스트를 분사시키고 교차후의 미스트의 일부를 상기 로울러(26a,26b) 배면측으로 돌려 넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 주조설비에서의 미스트 냉각방법.
- 복수의 가이드로울러(26a,26b)를 지나서 연속적으로 인발되는 연주 주편(24)를 냉각하기 위한 미스트 분사장치에서 기액 혼합공급관(14)의 선단에 부착된 미스트 분출노즐(12)은 이웃하는 가이드 로울러(26a,26b)사이의 중간점이며 그리고 주편표면으로부터 미스트 분출공(22a,22b)까지의 거리가 가이드로울러(26a,26b)의 직경 이상인 위치에 배치되어 있고, 이 노즐(12)의 미스트 분출면에는 2개의 미스트 분출공(22a,22b)을 개구하는 동시에 각 분출공(22a,22b)은 분사류가 내향하는 방향으로 경사지게 하고, 또한 분출 미 스트류가 주편표면에 도달까지의 지점에서 서로 교차하고 교차후의 미스트의 일부가 가이드 로울러(26a,26b)의 직경, 가이드로울러(26a,26b)간의 거리 및 미스트 분출공(22a,22b)으로부터 주편표면까지의 거리에 따라서 상기 미스트 분출공(22A,2b)의 경사각을 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 연주 주편냉각용 미스트 분사장치.
