The present invention relates to a two-hole hot water boiler for three-tank fire, and the central bulkhead of both craters is formed into a water tank communicating with the outer wall water tank, and exhaust holes are formed on both sides thereof to generate the heat of the combustion from the coal bullet to generate double pores, which is generated from the hole coal. The purpose is to make the most of the remaining waste heat by allowing the combustion heat to be discharged downward through the exhaust hole.
The conventional two-hole hot water boiler for three-tank has an outer wall formed with an elliptical double tube to have a communicating tank, and a single exhaust path is formed at the center of both craters so that the flame and gas generated from the briquettes heat the entire tank of the outer wall. Afterwards, the exhaust pipe is discharged to the lower discharge pipe through the central exhaust path, but since the flame and gas generated from the two craters must be discharged through one exhaust path, the exhaust gas is not smooth and the anthracite coal is not completely burned. In addition, since the first heat of the outer wall tank is directly discharged through the exhaust passage, the waste heat cannot be utilized, resulting in a lot of heat loss.
Therefore, the present invention forms a central water tank communicating with the outer wall water tank at the center of both craters and forms an exhaust hole having heating fins at both sides thereof, so that both the heat and the gas that heat the outer wall water tank are formed. The central water tank is heated again while being discharged through the exhaust hole, and the heat transfer area of the exhaust hole is increased to increase the heating effect of the water tank.
The outer wall is formed into an elliptical double tube to have a water tank (1), and the water outlets (2) (2 ') (2' ') (2' '') are installed in the upper part, and the drain hole (3) and the inlet port (4) are provided at both lower sides. In the two-hole 3-tank hot water boiler each having the upper and lower center water tanks 6 and 7 communicating with the outer wall water tank 1 in the center of the two craters 5 and 5 ', respectively. And the heat passage (8) is formed in the center and the lower central water tank (7) by forming the exhaust holes (10, 10 ') having a plurality of heat transfer fins (9) on both sides in the vertical direction, both craters (5) ( 5 ') of the heat is to be discharged to the discharge pipe 11 through the exhaust passage 10, both exhaust holes 10, 10'.
Reference numerals 12 and 12 'are ovens, 13 are lids, and 14 are heat insulators that prevent heat loss of the entire tank.
15 is also a bottom support plate with an air regulator that can adjust the amount of air hydraulic pressure at the same time as the return.
When the present invention is filled with water in the outer wall tank (1) through the inlet (4), the upper and lower central tank (6) (7) of the central portion is also in communication with each other is filled with water.
In this state, when the hole is burned in the ovens 12 and 12 'of both craters 5 and 5', the heat and gas generated heat the entire outer wall water tank 1, and the outer wall water tank 1 is heated. One of the heat and gas rises and is blocked by the lid 13 and descends to the lower side of the boiler through both exhaust holes 10 and 10 'of the lower central tank 7 through the fire passage 8 in the center. It is discharged to the discharge pipe (11).
At this time, the waste heat and the gas that heats the water tank 1 of the outer wall and rises to the upper portion of the oven 12, 12 ′ are exhausted while the upper and lower center water tanks 6, 7 of the center are heated again. It is discharged to (10 ') to maximize the heat generated, and further promote heat transfer to the hot water tank by contacting a plurality of heat transfer fins (9) formed in the exhaust hole (10) (10) of the lower central water tank (7). Increased heat can be used to heat the tank without any loss.
In addition, the water flowing into the water tank 1 through the inlet 4 is heated by the heat of combustion in the water tank 1 through the water inlets 2, 2 ', 2 ", and 2' ". When hot water is supplied and water is removed from the boiler as needed, water is drained using the drain hole (3), and several water drains (2) (2 ') (2' ') (2' '') are needed as needed. It is necessary to select a water outlet of convenient dimensions and parts for construction.
Therefore, the present invention has been formed by forming a single exhaust path in the center of the two craters in the prior art, while the upper and lower central tanks are formed in the center of the two craters in communication with each other, and both sides of the central tank are formed. By forming an exhaust hole with a plurality of heat sink fins in the air, the heat from the primary outer wall tank is discharged through the exhaust holes on both sides to heat the central tank again, and the heat transfer area is increased by the heat sink fins in the exhaust hole to improve thermal efficiency. It is a very useful design that makes full use of waste heat.
