Claims (8)
- 유입파이프(1)와, 원형연통면(11)내에 수평으로 설치되면서 이 원형연통면(11)내에 있는 스트립(9)에 의해 분리되어진 개구부(8)로부터 각기 아래 쪽으로 유도되는 2개이상의 유출파이프(4) 및, 상기 유입파이프(1)와 원형연통면(11)사이에 위치하면서 상기 유입파이프(1)에 한쪽끝이 연결되고 다른쪽 끝이 원형연통면(11)내에 있는 적어도 1개이상의 개구부로 부터 원료를 배출해주는 폐쇄통로를 형성시키는 유입호우퍼(2)로 이루어져, 과립형원료의 흐름을 2개이상의 흐름으로 조절해서 분리시켜주도록 된 분기게이트에 있어서, 상기 유입파이프(1)의 축선이 직경을 따라 원형연통면(11)의 직경과 수직교차하는 수직면내에 놓여지고, 상기 유입호우퍼(2) 내에 있는 조절판(5)은 수직축과 이의 가장자리를 따라 원형연통면(11)과 교차되어지는 면에 대해 축선회되어져서 유입파이프(1)로 부터 유입된 원료가 이 조절판(5)에 부딪히도록 유입파이프(1)의 축에 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과립형유동성원료의 분기게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입파이프(1)의 축을 포함하는 수직면이 원형연통면(11)내에 있는 스트립(9, 9a, 9b, 9c)중의 하나를 포함하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 과립형유동성원료의 분기게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입파이프(1)의 축선이 수평방향에 대해 45°∼90°각도로 경사지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 과립형유동성원료의 분기게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절판(5)은 수평방향에 대해 45°∼90°각도로 경사지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 과립형유동성원료의 분기게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절판(5)은 수평방향에 대해 45°∼90°각도로 경사지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는과립형유동성원료의 분기게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절판(5)의 각도가 수평에 대해 유입파이프(1)의 축선이 이루는 각도보다 작도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 과립형유동성원료의 분기게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절판(5)은 유입호우퍼(2)의 내부에서 원형연통편(11)의 중심을 통과하는 수직방향의 구동축(6)에 의해 축선회하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 과립형유동성원료의 분기게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절판(5)은 그 뒷쪽으로 원형연통편(11)의 일부를 덮는 덮개판(7)과 일체로 고정되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 과립형유동성원료의 분기게이트.
