Claims (8)
- (a)인산염용액에 함유된 우라늄을 4가 상태로 환원하는 단계, (b)탄화수소로 희석된 모노 알킬페닐인산 및 디알킬페닐인산 및 알킬파이로인산의 혼합물들로 구성된 그룹에 속해 있는 유기용매에 의해 상기 용액으로부터 상기 4가 상태의 우라늄을 회수하는 단계, (C)불화수소산 수용액에 의해 상기 유기용매로부터 우라늄을 재추출하는 단계. (d)상기 (c)단게에서 생성된 유탁액으로부터 우라늄이 제거된 용매를 분리하여, 이 용매에 순수한 용매를 보충한 후 추출 공정으로 재순환시키는 단계, (e)상기 (d)단계에서 생성된 수성 현탁액으로부터 UF4를 회수하는 공정에 있어서, UF4를 상기 (c)단계에 사용한 재추출용액내에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 용액으로부터 4가 불화물형태의 우라늄(UF4) 회수공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재추출용액은 상기 (d)단계에서 생성된 현탁액의 적어도 일부가 재순환된 것이며, 이 재추출용액에 불화수소산을 보충 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 용액으로부터 4가 불화물형태의 우라늄 회수공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현탁액의 UF4농도가 5 내지 300g/l임을 특징으로 하는 이산염 용액으로부터 4가 불화물형태의 우라늄 회수공정.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 현탁액의 바람직한 UF4농도는 20 내지 200g/l임을 특징으로 하는 인산염 용액으로부터 4가 불화불 형태의 우라늄 회수공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매 처리용 상기 용액의 불화수소산의 농도는 9 내지 12중량%임을 특징으로 하는 인산염 용액으로부터 4가 불화물 형태의 우라늄 회수공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 우라늄 재추출 공정이 10 내지 30℃의 온도에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 용액으로부터 4가 불화물 형태의 우라늄 회수공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 모노옥틸페닐인사과 디옥틸페닐인산의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 인산염 용액으로부터 4가 불화물 형태의 우라늄 회수공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 데실파이로 인산과 옥틸파이로인산으로 형성된 그룹에 속하는 산임을 특징으로 하는 인산염 용액으로부터 4가 불화물 형태의 우라늄 회수공정.
