Claims (6)
- 하기 두 단량체를 중축합하여 얻어지는 -Si-N- 및 Si-Si-결합을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 공중합체:-일반식 RR1SiCl2로 표시되는 최소한 하나의 실란-하기 일반식으로 표시되는 최소한 하나의 디실라잔상기식에서, -R1은 할로겐 원자, 바람직하게 보롬이나 염소 -R,R1및 R3는 같거나 상이할 수 있으며, 할로겐 원자 혹은 알킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 사이클로알킬기, 사이클로케닐기, 이릴기, 알킬아릴기 혹은 알케닐아릴하이드로카본기 등을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2=C1, R=H, R1=R3=CH3인 공동합체.
- 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 실란이 아래식의 클로리네이티드실란 이거나;혹은 클로로실란의 공업용 합성으로부터 얻어지는 클로리네이티드디실란의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
- 단량체들을 알칼리금속, 바람직하게는 소디움과 함께 솔벤트와 반응시켜 공중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 제2항 및 제3항의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 제2항의 공중합체를 건조하고 비활성 상태하에서 250-550℃로 열해리시킴으로써 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보실다잔.
- 제5항의 폴리카르보실타잔을 비활성 상태하에서 900-1000℃의 온도까지 가열시켜 얻어짐을 특징으로 하는 실리콘카르보니트라이드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
