차량용 전화기 받침구

본 고안은 차량용 전화기를 차내(車內)에 장착하는데 사용하는 것으로서, 사용자가 전화기를 사용하기에 편리하도록 각도 및 방향을 임의로 조절할 수 있게한 차량용 전화기 받침구에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 본 고안과 유사한 목적으로 수종의 차량용 전화기 받침대가 선제안되어 사용되고 있었으나 이들은 단순히 브라켓을 이용하여 일정위치에 고정사용할 수 밖에 없었으로 전화기의 방향 및 위치선택이 불가피하여 사용자에게 불편함을 주었고, 특히 착석(着席)위치가 한정되어 있는 차내이기 때문에 사용자의 착석위치에 따라 매우 불안한 자세로 전화기를 사용케 되므로 그에 따른 불편 및 차량사고 발생등의 결점이 수반되었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서, 스프링의 탄발력에 의해 유동구를 자유자재로 유동지지케 하여, 전화기를 사용코저 하는 사람의 착석위치에 관계없이 전화기의 방향 및 각도를 임의로 조절할 수 있게한 것으로서 이를 첨부도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
좌대(1a)가 일체로 형성된 본체(1)의 상부외주면에 숫나사부(1')를 형성하고 하부 내주면에는 암나사부(1")를 형설하며, 본체(1)의 내부에는 요홈(2')과 숫나사부(2")가 형설된 장력조절판(2)과 스프링(3), 밀접요홈(4')이 삭설된 받침요환(4)및 결착나사구멍(5')을 가진 유동구(5)를 차례로 장입하고, 암나사부(6')와 단턱(6")이 형성된 장력조절캡(6)을 상기 본체(1)의 숫나사부(1')에 나사결합하되, 유동구(5)의 결착나사구멍(5')에 결착보울트(9)와 고정금구(8)로서 체결구멍(7')을 통해 고정좌판(7)을 결착하여서 된 것으로서, 도면중 미설명부호 1a'는 좌대(1a)를 고정하는 구정구멍이고, 7"는 전화기(10)을 고정하기 위한 구멍이고, 10은 전화기, 11은 차체(車體)이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 차체(11)에 사용자가 사용하기 위하여 편리한 적당한 위치에 본체(1)와 일체로 된 좌대(1a)의 고정구멍(1a')을 통하여 통상의 보울트로 고정한 후 본체(1)의 내부에 장력조절판(2), 스프링(3), 받침요환(4)및 유동구(5)를 차례로 장입하고 장력조절캡(6)으로 본체(1)와 나사결합하여 유동구(5)의 상측에는 결착보울트(9)와 고정금구(8)로서 고정좌판(7)을 결착한 다음 고정좌판(7)의 구멍(7")에 전화기(10)를 고정사용하게 되는데 이때 고정좌판(7)에 고정 전화기(10)는 하부에 결착되너 유동구(5)가 스프링(3)의 탄력에 의해 받침요환(4)의 밀접요홈(4')과 장력조절캡(6)의 단턱(6')에 긴밀히 밀접되어 도면의 제2도에서와 같이 전화기(10)를 필요에 따라 그 각도조절 및 방향회전을 자유로이 할 수 있는 것이다.
한편 스프링(3)의 탄발력이 약화되어 유동구(5)가 헐기워짐에 따라 전화기(10)의 각도 및 방향조절이 용이하지 못할 경우에는 장력조절캡(6)을 조여 유동구(5)의 밀착력을 회복시킬 수 있으나 스프링(3)의 탄발력이 과대히 약화되었을 경우에는 본체(1)의 저면내부에 장설된 장력조절판(2)의 요홈(2')에 통상의 드라이버나 동전등을 이용하여 장력조절판(2)을 조여줌으로서 소기의 목적을 달성할 수 있는 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 사용자의 착석위치에 관계없이 전화기의 각도및 방향조절을 자유자체로 할 수 있으므로 차량의 운행도중 전화기를 사용하는 경우 종래의 불안정한 자세에서의 사용에서 오는 불편함 및 급제동시의 차량사고 발생등을 미연에 방지하고 편안한 자세와 쾌적한 분위기에서 전화기를 사용할 수 있는 매우 실용적인 효과를 제공케 되는 것이다.

  1. 좌대(1a)가 일체로 형성된 본체(1)의 상부외주면에 숫나사부(1')를 형설하고 하부내주면에는 암나사부(1")를 형설하며, 본체(1)의 내부에는 요홈(2')과 숫나사부(2")가 형성될 장력조절판(2)과 스프링(3), 밀접요홈(4')이 형성된 받침요환(4)및 결착나사구멍(5')을 가진 유동구(5)를 차례로 장입하고 암나사부(6')와 단턱(6")이 형설된 장력조절캡(6)을 상기 본체(1)의 숫나사부(1')에 나사결합하되 유동구(5)의 결착나사구멍(5')에 결착보울트(9)와 고정금구(8)로서 체결구멍(7')을 통해 고정좌판(7)을 결착하여서 된 차량용 전화기 받침구.
