Claims (6)
- 입자 크기가 1mm이하의 알루미나 70 내지 80중량%, 60메쉬(mesh) 이하의 탄소물질 1 내지 7중량%, 325메쉬 이하의 마그네시아 1 내지 5중량%, 인산 알루미늄 10 내지 25중량%의 혼합물로 이루어지고 상기 중량%는 모두 상기 혼합물 전 중량을 기준으로한 벽돌 수리용 내화 수리재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나는 입자 크기가 1mm 이하인 알루미나 25 내지 30중량%와 325메쉬 이하인 알루미나 45 내지 50중량%의 혼합물로 이루어지는 수리재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 벽돌이 고온 액체의 유량 조절장치에 이용되는 수리재료.
- 입자 크기가 1mm이하의 알루미나 70 내지 80중량%, 60메쉬(mesh) 이하의 탄소물질 1 내지 7중량%, 325메쉬 이하의 마그네시아 1 내지 5중량%, 인산 알루미늄 10 내지 25중량%을 혼합하여 내화 수리 재료를 준비하는 단계(상기 중량%는 모두 상기 혼합된 수리 재료의 전 중량을 기준으로함), 상기 블록의 온도가 약 100℃ 이하인 상태에서 상기 벽돌 표면의 손상부 내로 상기 준비된 수리 재료를 채우는 단계, 상기 채워진 수리 재료가 스스로 경화되도록 하는 단계로 이루어지는 벽돌 수리방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나는 입자 크기가 1mm 이하인 알루미나 25 내지 30중량%와 325메쉬 이하인 알루미나 45 내지 50중량%의 혼합물로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 벽돌이 고온 액체의 유량 조절장치에 이용되는 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
