Claims (4)

  1. 비자금속기판위에 하지층으로 비자성체금속을 피복한 블랭크재를 재료가 넓혀지는 한도를 규제하는 심금 및 다이링내에서 가압면에 평활한 2개의 다이로 압인가공을 하는 것에 의하여 초정밀한 표면을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 디스크용 기판의 제조방법.
  2. 비자성체금속의 피복이 화학적 도금에 의한 블랭크재를 사용하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 제조방법.
  3. 비자성체금속의 피복이 물리적 도금에 의한 블랭크재를 사용하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 제조방법.
  4. 비자성체금속의 피복이 접합압연 또는 압착에 의한 클래드 블랭크재를 사용하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 제조방법.
