Claims (12)
- 격자의 길이 전체에 걸쳐 격자(grating)사이에 횡방향 간격을 두고 일부는 액체속에 잠기어 채널저면으로 경사지고 또 하우징 사프트 및 웜으로 고성되어 스크리닝을 한 물질을 침전지점으로 이동하면 이에 의하여 웜이 격자를 긁어서 스크리닝을 한 물질을 위로 이동시킬 때 그 물질을 집어올림에 따라 그 격자를 항상 정결하게 유지하는 나사형 콘베이어 형태로하여 상방향의 경사부분으로 합치는 비작동원통형격자로 구성되어 채널내에 흐르는 액체에서 스크리닝(sereening) 또는 필터링(filtering)하는 물질을 제거하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 격자바(8)은 삼각형 또는 사다리꼴단면으로 끝이 둥글고, 삼각형 또는 사다리꼴 단면의 일측면(25)이 가장 작은 반경에서 횡방향간격(10)을 역시 가장 좁게하고 콘베이어윔(16)의 원둘레주면과 접촉하면서 위치되어 있고 개방된 확대단면(28)이 액체가 이동한 방향(32)로 비례하여 형성되고, 횡방향간격을 분리하는 격자바가 외측의 브레이싱바(bracing bears)에 의해 연결되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격자바(8)의 단면은 그 액체가 유입되는 방향(32)과 대칭적임을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브레이싱바(9)는 삼각형 또는 사다리꼴 형상의 단면을 가지며 그 단면의 가장 큰폭이 액체가 유입되는 방향을 따라서 밖으로 지향하도록 배향되어 있음을 특징으로 한 상기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격자바(8)와 상기 브레이싱바(9)는 동일한 단면을 가지고 있음을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 브레이싱바(9)가 격자바(8)의 최대폭이 10배 간격으로 그 원통형의 격자(7) 표면주의에 분포되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나사상 컨베이어(13)는 그 상부에서 상기 격자(7)와 합친 샤프트(15)만을 구비함을 특징으로 한 상기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격자(7)는 격자바(8)와 브레이싱바(9)로 구성되고 그저면이 개방되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.
- 제7항에 이어서, 콘베이어웜(16)의 상기저면이 나사상 콘베이어(13)에서 방해를 받음이 없이 돌출되고, 하나 이상의 마찰베아링(30)에 의해 상기 격자(7)상에서 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격자바(8)와 접촉하는 콘베이어웜(16) 부분의 외주면은 탄력성이 있음을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 콘베이어웜(16)의 외주면은 강모(bristles)로된 스트립(strip)(35)와, 탄력립(lip)(36) 또는 이와 유사한 구조를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징형상 흡기벽(29)은 상기 격자(7)의 부근에 위치시킴을 특징으로 한 상기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격자(7)와 인접한 콘베이어부분을 통하여 구성하는 콘베이어웜(16)은 인접한 콘베이어부분의 근처에서보다도 상기 격자의 근처에서 더 큰 직경을 가지며, 상기 격자는 나사상콘베이어(13)의 하우징보다 더 큰 직경으로 위치시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
