Claims (4)
- 폴리에스테르를 제조함에 있어서, 테레프탈릭애시드(TPA) 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이드(DMT)를 주원료로하는 2관능성 카르본산 혹은 그의 에스테르 유도체에 아래 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 4.6-디히드록시-1.3-벤젠디설폰산의 금속염 유도체를 1관능성 카르본산 혹은 그의 에스테르 유도체에 대하여 0.5-3.0몰% 첨가하여 공중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 염기성염료에 가염성인 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.단, 여기서 n : 1-8의 정수, R, R′ : H 또는 탄소수 1-4의 알킬, 또는 -CH2CH2OH, Me : Li,K,Na등의 금속.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R,R′가 탄소수 1-4의 알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물과, DMT 및 에틸렌글리콜로서 에스테르교환반응을 시킨다음 공중합시키는 염기성염료에 가염성인 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, TPA와 에킬렌글리콜로써 에스테르화 반응을 시킨다음, 여기에 R,R′가 H인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 가하여 15-30분간, 230-260℃에서 25-80psi의 압력하에서 공중합시키는 염기성 염료에 가염성인 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, TPA와 에틸렌글리콜로써 에스테르화 반응을 시킨다음, 여기에 R,R′가 CH2CH2OH의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 가하여 공중합시키는 염기성 염료에 가염성인 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
