Claims (6)
- 하나의 케이싱과 탄력성 제료로 길이방향으로 홈이 절삭된 원추형 축수금속에 지지되어 회전할 수 있는 하나의 중심핀으로 구성되는 자동차용 자동조정식 축방향 유동 중심핀 죠인트에 있어서 상기 원추형 축수금은 케이싱 내부에 똑같이 형성된 원추형 요와부(圓錐刑凹窩部)속에 결합되어 상기 축수금과 폐쇄부재 사이에 탄설된 스프링에 의하여 케이싱 속에서 원추체 정점방향으로 압축되도록 되어 있으며, 상기 중심핀(1)은 축방향으로 일정한 폭으로 형성된 원주홈(9)를 가지고 있고, 상기 축수금(5)에는 내측면에 환상돌기부(10)가 형성되어 상기 원주홈(9)속에 결합되도록 되어 있으며, 상기 환상돌기부(10)의 폭은 원주홈(9)의 폭보다 작게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 자동조정식 축방향 유동 중심핀 죠인트.
- 청구범위 1에서 상기 중심핀(1)은 하나의 원추홈(9)을 가지고 있으며, 그 원주홈(9)의 바닥면은 중심핀(1)의 지지표면(원주면)에 대하여 축방향으로 평행하게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중심핀 죠인트.
- 청구범위 1에서 상기 축수금(5)의 내측돌기부(10)는 환상리브(Rib)모양으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중심핀 죠인트.
- 청구범위 1 및 3에서 내측 환상돌기부(10)는 동일한 재료로 축수금(5)와 함께 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중심핀 죠인트.
- 청구범위 1 내지 3에서 상기 중심핀(1)은 그의 지지단부쪽을 먼저 케이싱(2)의 구멍을 통하여 결합시키게 되어 있고, 록크링(3)을 이용하여 중심핀(1)의 축에 끼워밀폐하고 동시에 케이싱을 폐쇄하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중심핀 죠인트.
- 청구범위 4에서 상기 중심핀(1)은 그의 지지단부쪽을 먼저 케이싱(2)의 구멍을 통하여 결합시키게 되어 있고, 록크링(3)을 이용하여 중심핀(1)의 축에 끼워 밀폐하고 동시에 케이싱을 폐쇄하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중심핀 죠인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
