Claims (20)

  1. 최소한 표면부위에 있어서, 배향도가 5-100인 배향된 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염으로 이루어진 폴리에스테르 필름.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 배향도가 20-80인 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 배향된 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염이 전 필름에 존재하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 배향된 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염이 전 필름에 결합되어 있는 스티렌 술폰산 폴리머 또는 스티렌 술폰산 코폴리머에 의해 제공되는 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 스티렌술폰산 코폴리머가 스티렌, 아크릴산, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 및 메타크틸산 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 공중합 성분과 그리고 스티렌 술폰산과의 코폴리머인 폴리에스테르 필름.
  6. 폴리에스테르-기본 베이스 필름과 베이스 필름의 최소한 한 표면상에 적층된 표면층으로 이루어져 있으며, 표면층이 배향도가 5-100인 배향된 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염을 포함하고 있는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 배향도가 20-80인 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서, 배향된 수폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염이 표면층에 결합된 스티렌술폰산 폴리머 또는 스티렌술폰산 코폴리머에 의해 제공되는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  9. 제 6항에 있어서, 스티렌술폰산 코폴리머가 스티렌, 아크릴산, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 및 메타크릴산 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 한 종류의 공중합 성분과그리고 스티렌 술폰산과의 코폴리머인 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  10. 제 7항에 있어서, 표면층이 수용성 또는 수분산성 폴리머고 추가로 이루어진 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  11. 제 9항에 있어서, 수용성 또는 수분산성 폴리머나 코폴리머가 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리우레탄수지, 비닐수지, 부타디엔 수지, 에폭시 수지, 실리콘 수지, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 복합 폴리에스테르 필름
  12. 제 6항에 있어서, 베이스 필름에 있어서의 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염이 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염을 지니고 있는 폴리머나 코폴리머에 의해 제공되며, 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염을 지닌 폴리머나 코폴리머의 함량이 2ppm 내지 20중량%인 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서, 베이스 필름에 있어서의 솔폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염이 베이스 필름에함유되어 있는 스티렌 술폰산 폴리머나 스티렌술폰산 코폴리머의 의해 제공되는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  14. 제 13항에 있어서, 스티렌 술폰산 코폴리머가 스티렌, 아크릴산, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 및 메타크릴산 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 한 종류의 공중합 성분과 그리고 스티렌 술폰산과의 코폴리머인 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 베이스 필름에 있어서의 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의염이 술포이소프탈산 유니트, 술포메레프탈산 유니트, 술포나프탈렌 디카복실산 유니트 또는 이들의 유도체를 자체내에 함유하고 있는 폴리머나 코폴리머에 의해 제공되는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 베이스 필름에 있어서의 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의염이 술포이소프탈산 유니트나이의 유도체를 자체내에 함유하고 있는 폴리머나 코폴리머에 의해 제공되는 복합폴리에스테르 필름.
  17. 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염을 지니고 있으며, 함량이 2ppm 내지 20중량 %인 폴리머나 코폴리머를 함유하고 있는 베이스 필름과; 상기 베이스 필름의 최소한 한표면상에 적충된 최소한 한 종류의 상기 1항의 필름으로 이루어진 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 1항의 필름이 2항의 필름인 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 베이스 필름에 있어서의 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염이 베이스 필름에 함유되어 있는 스티렌술폰산 코폴리머에 의해 제공되며, 상기 코폴리머가 스티렌, 아크릴산, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 및 메타크릴산 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 한 종류의 공중합 성분을 함유하고 있는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 베이스 필름에 있어서의 술폰산 그룹 및/또는 이의 염이 술포이소프탈산 유니트와 이의 유도체를 자체내에 함유하고 있는 폴리머에 의해서 제공되는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
