제3도는 지지부재의 다른 형태의 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 포장재료(7)의 공급을 위한 회전지지체(4), 서로에 대해서 가동적인 두개 이상의 지지부재(9)(10)를 가지며 포장될 물품을 지지하기 위한 조정가능한 지지체(11), 포장재료가 물품과 지지부재 모두를 둘러싸도록 하는 수단, 포장재료가 물품에 공급되는 동안 텐션을 받도록 하여 이동방향에 직각방향으로 왕복운동을 당하도록 하는 수단을 구비함과 아울러 상기 지지부재가 포장재료와 물품 사이로 부터 제거되기에 적합하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드포장기계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포장될 물품은 정지해 있고 회전지지체가 물품주위로 회전하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드포장기계.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전지지체가 축인 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드포장기계.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 포장재료의 공급은 연신가능한 플라스틱 시트재료의 롤에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드포장기계.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 시트재료의 롤의 폭은 포장될 물품의 폭보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드포장기계.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 포장재료가 물품에 공급되는 동안 텐션을 받도록 하는 수단이 축에 결합된 브레이크인 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드포장기계.
  7. 상기 각 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 회전지지체가 기계에 직각방향으로 왕복운동하도록 하는 수단을 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 밴드포장기계.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 회전지지체가 물품의 폭의 20-40%범위내로 왕복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드포장기기계.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 키지부재의 표면에 감마찰제를 바른 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드포장기계.
