Claims (14)
- 일련의 링로울링 예비성형률(102)을 각각 링로울링하여 단조블랭크환(104)으로 가공하고, 단조블랭크환(104)을 정밀단조하여 외경(126)과 토우구경(124)과 일정체적을 가진 근사완제링기어단조물(106)로 가공하는데 있어, 상기 일련의 링로울링 예비성형물(102)을 각기 가공함으로서 성형되는 근사완제링기어단조물(106)의 외경(126)과 토우구경(124)과 일정체적중 하나 이상은 상기 일련의 링로울링 예비성형물(102)중 다른 것에 의해 가공되는 근사완제링기어단조물(106)의 외경(126)과 토우구경(124)과 일정체적과 다르게 일련의의 링로울링 예비성형물(102)을 단조하는 방법은 일정체적을 가진 원추형부분(105)과 일정한 단면적 내경(112)으로 이루어진 다이공동(146)을 구비하는 단조다이(138)을 마련하는 공정과 단조다이(138)에서 제조될 근사완제링기어단조물(106)의 체적이 상기 원추형부분(150)의 체적에 대하여 80% 내지 100%에 상당한다면 링로울링 예비성형물(102)을 단조다이(138)를 이용하여 단조하는 공정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 링로울링 예비성형물(102)은 단조 대상물인 단조블랭크환(104)의 높이(108)가 단조다이(138)의 상기 원추형 부분(150)의 내경(120)과 동일하고, 외경(114)은 근사완제링기어단조물(106)의 외경(126)보다 작으며, 내경(112)은 토우구경(124)과 동일하고, 벽의 두께(110)와 높이(108)의 비는 1:1 내지 1:4일때만, 상기의 단조다이(138)를 이용하여 단조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기벽의 두께(110)와 높이(108)의 비는 1:1.5 내지 1:2.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 단조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 근사완제링기어단조물(106)의 전체 체적은 단조다이(138)의 원추형부분(150)의 체적에 대하여 85%이상되어야 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 근사완제링기어단조물(106)의 전체 체적은 단조다이(138)의 원추형 부분(150)의 체적에 대하여 85%이상되어야 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 근사완제링기어단조물(106)의 전체 체적은 단조다이(138)의 원추형 부분(150)의 체적에 대하여 85%이상되어야 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다이공동(146)은 원추형부분(150)으로부터 내측으로 방사상 연장되는 원반형 부분(158)과 원추형 부분(150)과 접하면서 각도(156)을 이루며 외측으로 방사상 연장되는 평면(154)으로 구획되는 삼각형의 과잉부분(152)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 각도(156)은 70°내지 110°인 것을 특징으로 하는 단조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 각도(156)는 약 90°인 것을 특징으로 하는 단조방법.
- 중앙슬럭부(136)를 다듬질하여 제거한 원추형의 환형 압연예비성형물(102)을 단조하는 단조다이(138)는 분리선(144)에서 서로 결합되는 상부(140)와 하부(142) 및 이들 사이에 구획되는 다이공동(146)으로 구성된 것으로서, 다이공동(146)은 원추형부분(150)과 원추형 부분(150) 에서 내측으로 방사상 연장되는 원반형 부분(148)과 원추형 부분(150)과 접하면서 60°내지 120°의 각도(156)을 이루며 분리선(144)을 향하여 외측으로 방사상 연장되어 분리선(144)에서 집중되는 한쌍의 평면(154)으로 구획되는 삼각형 과잉부분(152)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단조다이.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각도(156)는 70°내지 110°인 것을 특징으로 하는 단조다이.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각도(156)는 약 90°인 것을 특징으로 하는 단조다이.
- 제10항에 있어서, 원반형 부분(148)의 높이(162)는 직경(112)의 약 10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 단조다이.
