Claims (23)
- 중합체재료 물질로서 폴리올레핀 : 및 다음 식을 갖고 약 -25℃내지 140℃의 온도 범위에서 액체인 적어도 하나의 가수분해될 수 있는 알콕시화합물로 구성되고, 폴리올레핀에 포함된 전압 안정체로 구성되는 전기 절연체 :상기식에서 Ra, Rc및 Re는 C1내지 C18을 갖는 가부분해될수 있는 탄화수소그룹이고 : Rb및 Rd는 C1내지 C30을 갖고, 수소 및 작용그룹을 갖는 포화되거나 또는 불포화된 지방족 탄화수소그룹 또는 방향족 탄화수소그룹이고 : R은 탄소골격 및 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자 Y을 갖는 그룹이고 : O는 산소이고 : X 및 X´는 4가의 원자가를 갖는 원소이고 : n은 1내지 10이고, y는 0내지 3이고, z은 0내지 2이고, 단, R, Ra, Rb,Rc및 Rd는 특정조성에서 서로 독립적이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R이 다음 형태를 갖는 전기절연체 :-R′-Y′-R″-상기식에서, Y´는 적어도 하나의 헤테로 원자 Y를 갖는 그룹이고, : R´및 R″은 동일한 조성 또는 다른 조성을 갖고, 각각 C2내지 C40을 갖는 지방적그룹 또는 방향족그룹 및 적어도 하나의 수소 및 작용그룹에 의해 포화된 자유원자가이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 X 및 X′가 실리콘 및 티탄으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 전기절연체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, Y가 황 및 산소를 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 전기절연체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, R이 2차 아미노그룹을 함유하는 전기절연체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, R′는 R″와 같으면서, 메톡시 ―t―부틸틱페녹시그룹인 전기 절연체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 R′및 R″이 카르보닐그룹 및 히드록시그룹으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 작용그룹을 함유하는 전기절연체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 가수분해될 수 있는 알콕시 화합물은 R′= R″=C3H6이고 : Ra, Rb,Rc및 Rd및 Re가 CmH2m+1그룹이고, 그리고 m〈10이고 : X=X′=Li 이고 : Y=S, n=1 및 Y=3인 알콕시실란인 전기절연체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 ―R―이 다음 형태를 갖는 전기절연체 :상기식에서, R″는 지방족 탄화수소그룹 또는 방향족 탄화수소그룹이고 : Y′는 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자 Y를 갖는 그룹이다.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 X 및 X′이 실리콘 및 티탄으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 전기절연체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, Y가 황 및 산소로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 전기절연체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, R이 2차 아미노그룹을 함유하는 전기절연체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, R′는 R″과 같으면서, 메톡시 ―t―부틸페녹시그룹인 전기 절연체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, R이 헤테로 방향족그룹인 전기절연체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 X 및 X′이 실리콘인 전기절연체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 X 및 X′이 티탄인 전기절연체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 Ra, Rb,Rc, Rd및 Re가 옥틸그룹인 전기절연체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 가부분해될 수 있는 알콕시그룹이 이합체 실록산 또는 올리고체 실록산이고, 축합에 의해 수반된 이들의 부분 가수분해에 의행 단량체(n=1)로 부터 형성된 전기절연체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 Rb및 Rd가 비닐그룹을 갖는 전기절연체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 0 내지 100%의 교차결합도를 갖는 폴리에틸렌인 전기절연체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌의 교차결합된 단일중합체, 에틸렌의 교차결합된 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물인 전기절연체.
- 전압 안정체와 적어도 하나의 산화방지제 및 교차결합제가 확산에 의해 폴리올레핀 속에 유입된 적어도 하나의 산화방지제 및 교차결합제로 추가로 구성된 제 1 항에 따른 전기절연체.
- 적어도 하나의 전도체 : 및 적어도 하나의 전도체를 둘러싸는 제1항에 따른 전기절연체로 구성된 절연된 전기전도체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
