Claims (7)

  1. 스트립핑 기체에 의해 최종적으로 재생시키기 전에, 용매를 약 1-약 2psia(0.1-0.2 바아)의 감압에 놓아서 흡수 이산화탄소의 95% 이상이 제거된 용매류를 재생 단계에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 형성된 액체를 흡수탑에 재순환시키기 위해 스트립핑 기체에 의해 재생시키는, 흡수탑에서 액체 용매에 의해 기체로부터 이산화탄소를 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기체를 용매와 혼합함과 동시에 플래쉬 드럼내에서 용매로부터 이산화탄소와 기체를 분리함으로 재생단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스트립핑 기체의 양을 최소로 하여 이산화탄소 생성물과 혼합될 수 있고 최대의 이산화탄소 생성물을 얻을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제거된 이산화탄소가 암모니아와 이산화탄소로부터 우레아를 제조하는 반응기에 공급물로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트립핑 기체가 공기이며 탑의 상부 기체가 압축되어 합성 기체 공정의 2차 개질기로 도입되는 역류 유동탑에서 용매가 재생되고, 처리된 합성 기체가 생상되는, 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트립핑 기체가 처리된 기체의 슬립류이고, 탑의 상부 기체가 흡수탑의 바닥으로 재순환되는 역류 유동탑에서 용매가 재생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재생탑으로부터의 처리된 공기를 화학적 액체 흡수제와 접촉시키고, 흡수제가 스트립퍼내에서 재생되고 생산된 이산화탄소를 수집하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
