Claims (1)

  1. 폴리마이드 기판 위에 Fe-Ni박층을 고주파스퍼터링에 의해 0.5㎛로 증착한 후 그 위에 다시 Co-Cr를 1㎛로 고주파스퍼터링에 의해 증착하여 2층막이 되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 수직 자기 기록매체.
