Claims (26)
- 에너지 방사표면처리(energetic rediation surface treatment)를 한 제1식품 접촉층(a)을 가진 다층의 조리필름에 있어서, 상기 제1식품접촉층(a)는 하나의 접촉층으로 작용하도록 하며 상기 제1식품 접촉층(a)는 폴리아미드 조성물로 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기 다층의 조리필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 조성물에서 폴리아미드는 나일론 6, 나일론 11, 나일론 12, 나일론 66, 나일론 610, 나일론 6/9, 나일론 6/10, 나일론 6/12, 나일론 69, 나일론 612, 상기 나일론중 어느하나를 생성하기 위하여 사용한 산 또는 아민화합물의 어느 하나의 폴리축합 또 폴리부가에서 얻어진 나일론, 상기 나일론의 어느 하나의 코폴리머, 상기 나일론의 어느 하나의 터폴리머 (terpolymer), 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 상기필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1식품 접촉층(a)의 폴리아미드 조성물은 폴리아미드(I)또, 폴리아미드 약 60wt%-약 100wt%와 폴리에틸렌(i)또는 일반식 RHC=CH2를 가진 알파-올레핀의 코폴리머(ii)로 구성된 혼합물(Ⅱ)에서 선택함을 특징으로 한 상기 필름, 상기 일반식에서 R은 H 또는 C1-C8알킬기와 알파, 베타-에틸렌기를 가진 불포화 카르복실산임.
- 제3항에 있어서, 올레핀과 카르복실산의 코폴리머에서 그 올레핀은 에틸렌이고 그 카르복실산 아크릴산 또는 메타아크릴산임을 특징으로 하는 상기필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 코폴리머는 금속염으로 중화한 아이오노머(metal salt nentralized ionomer)임을 특징으로 한 상기필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌은 LDPE, MDPE, HOPE, LLDPE, VLDPE, EMA, EEA, EBA, EVA 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 한 상기필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 적어도 하나의 다층필름구조인 제1식품접촉층/격막층을 구성한 것을 선택함을 특징으로 한 상기필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기필름은 적어도 하나의 다층필름 구조인 제1식품접촉층/격막층/남용층으로 구성한 것을 선택함을 특징으로 한 상기필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기필름은 적어도 하나의 다층필름 구조인 제1식품접촉층/수축층/격막층/남용층으로 구성된 것을 선택함을 특징으로 한 상기필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 격막층에 대하여 비교적 강력한 친화력으로 작용기를 제공함으로써 개질시킨 올레핀의 코폴리머 또는 호모폴리머를 구성하는 접착층(b)과, 나일론, 폴리머, 또는 비닐리덴 클로리드의 코폴리머, 또는 가수분해된 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 코폴리머를 구성하는 격막층(c)으로 된 추가층을 포함시킴을 특징으로 한 상기필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선형 저밀도폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 코폴리머(EVA), 중밀도폴리에틸렌(MDPE), 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 가장낮은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(VLDPE), 에틸렌-부틸아크릴 레이트 코폴리머(EBA), 에틸렌-메틸아크릴레이트 코폴리머(EMA), 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 코폴리머(EEA), 산무수물 그라프트 폴리에틸렌, 또는 그 혼합물에서 선택하며, 또 제2층의 두께를 충분하게 하여 연신할 때 다층필름 전체의 수축온도를 상기 제2층의 수축온도에 의해 거의 조절시키는 에틸렌 호모풀리머 또는 코폴리머로 구성된 상기 제1층에 용융 접착시킨 제2 또는 수축층(b)와, 다음 격막층에 비교적 강한 친화력으로 작용기를 제공함으로써 개질된 에틸렌의 코폴리머 또는 호모폴리머를 구성하는 상기 제2층에 용융 접착시킨 제3 또는 접착층(c)와, 폴리머 또는 비닐리덴클로리드층의 코폴리머, 가수분해된 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 코폴리머층, 또는 비닐리덴클로리드 폴리머 또는 코폴리머층, 가수분해된 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 코폴리머층, 또는 비닐리덴크롤리의 폴리머 또는 코폴리머층 및 가수분해된 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트층으로 구성된 상기 제3층에 용융접착된 제4 또는 격막층(d)와, 상기 제4층에 용융접착된 사기 제3층과 동일한 조성물의 제5 또는 접착층(e) 및, (i) LLDPE, EVA, LDPE, HDPE, HODE, MDPE, EBA, EMA, EEA 또는 그 혼합물 또는 (ii) 상기 제1층과 동일한 재질로 구성된 제6 또는 첨가층(f)로 구성한 추가층을 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기 필름.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 약 55%까지 85℃에서 2축 자유신출율에 대응하는 정도까지 2축 연신시킴을 특징으로 한 상기필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1식품층은 약 12MR가지의 선량에 대응되는 정도로 고에너지 전자처리에 의한 에너지 방사처리를 행함을 특징으로 한 상기필름.
- 접촉층으로 작용하는 제1식품접촉층(a)를 가진 다층 조리용필름의 히이드 시일강도를 개량시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 제1식품접촉층(a)을 폴리아미드 조성물로 구성시켜 상기 제1식품 접촉층을 다층필름으로 알축하고(2), 상기 제1식품 접촉층(a)을 압출전후에 에너지 방사표면 처리를 행함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 조성물에 있어서, 그 폴리아미드는 나일론 6, 나일론 11, 나일론 12, 나일론 66, 나일론 610, 나일론 6/9, 나일론 6/10, 나일론 6/12, 나일론 69, 나일론 612, 상기 나일론의 어느 하나를 생성하는데 쓰이는 산 또는 아민화합물의 어느 하나의 폴리축합 또는 폴리부가로 부터 생성된 나일론, 상기 나일론의 어느 하나의 코폴리머, 상기 나일론의 어느 하나의 더폴리머, 또는 그 혼합물임을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1식품 접촉층(a)의 폴리아미드 조성물은 폴리아미드(Ⅰ) 또는 폴리아미드 약 60wt%-약 100wt%와 폴리에틸렌(i) 또는 일반식 RHC=CH2를 가진 알파-올레핀의 코폴리머(ii) 약 40wt%-약 0wt%로 구성된 혼합물(Ⅱ)으로 구성함을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀과 카르복실산의 코폴리머에 있어서, 상기 올레핀은 에틸렌이고 상기카르복실산은 아크릴산 또는 메타아크릴산임을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 코포리머는 중화된 금속염의 아이오노머(ionomer)임을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌은 LDPE, MDPE, HOPE, LLDPE, VLDPE, EMA, EEA, EBA, EVA 또는 그 혼합물임을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기압출은 제1식품접촉층/격막층의 적어도 하나의 다층필름 구조를 구성한 필름으로 구성시킴을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기압출은 제1식품접촉층/격막층/남용층의 적어도 하나의 다층필름구조를 구성한 필름으로 구성시킴을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 압출은 제1식품접촉층/수축층/격막층/남용층의 적어도 하나의 다층필름구조를 구성한 필름으로 구성시킴을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 압출에는 다음 격막층에 대하여 비교적 강력한 친화력으로 가진 작용기를 구성시켜 개질한 올레핀의 코폴리머 또는 호모폴리머를 구성한 접착층(b)과, 나일론, 비닐리덴 클로리드의 폴리머 또는 코폴리머, 또는 가수분해된 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 코폴리머를 구성된 격막층(c)을 구성한 추가층을 포함시킴을 특징으로 한 상기필름.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 압출에는 상기 제1층에 용융접착되고, 선상저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트코폴리머(EVA), 중밀도폴리에틸렌(MDPE), 고밀도폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 극히 낮은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(VLDPE), 에틸렌-부틸아크릴레이트 코폴리머(EBA), 에틸렌-메틸아크릴레이트 코폴리머(EMA), 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트(EEA), 산무수물 그라프트 폴리에틸렌, 또는 그 혼합물으로 선택하며, 또 제2층의 두께는 다층필름 전체의 수축온도가 연신될 때 제2층의 수축온도에 의해 조절되도록 하는데 충분하게 에틸렌 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머를 구성하는 제2 또는 수축층(b)와, 상기 제2층에 용융접착되고, 다음 격막층에 대하여 비교적 강한 친화력으로 작용기를 제공하여 개질한 에틸렌의 코폴리머 또는 호로폴리머를 구성하는 제3 또는 접착층(c)과, 상기 제3층에 용융접착되고, 비닐리덴클로리드의 폴리머 또는 코폴리머층, 가수분해된 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 코폴리머층, 또는 비닐리덴클로리드 폴리머 또는 코폴리머층과 가수분해된 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 코폴리머층을 구성한 제4 또는 격막층(d)과, 상기 제4층에 용융접착된, 제3층과 동일한 조성물을 가진 제5 또는 접착층(e) 및 LLDPE, EVA, HDPE, MDPE,VLDPE, EBA, EEA ,EMA,또는 그 혼합물 또는 (i) 또는 상기 제1층과 동일한 재질로 구성된 제6 또는 남용층으로 구성한 추가층을 포함시킴을 특징으로 한 상기 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기필름은 85℃에서 약 55%까지의 2축자유수축율에 대응하는 범위로 2축연신시킴을 특징으로 한 상기방법.
