Claims (7)
- 서로 동축배치된 링부재와, 하나의 링부재의 원형주위면과 축에 대해 편심작용하는 만곡부에 있는 다른 링부재상에 위치하는 회전체를 갖고 있으며 상기 각각의 회전체를 통해 설치된 스프링은 링부재의 상대회전으로 만 허락된 부분에 가압하며 전동축을 수용하기 위해 하나의 링부재는 회전피니언에 연결되고 다른 링부재는 케이싱에 연결되는 내연기관의 스타터용 자유륜 전동장치에 있어서, 내부링부재(5)는 그 외부주위 면에 축에 대해 편심작용하는 만곡부를 구비하며 링부재(1, 5)와 서로 동축배열된 외부링부재(1)은 원형 내부주위면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 스타터용 자유륜 전동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부링부재(5)는 플랜지(6)중간의 회전피니언(7)에 일체로 연결되며 상기 플랜지는 외부링부재의 내부센터링역할을 하며 서로 동축배열된 링부재(1, 5)사이의 틈새(8)을 하단부에서 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 스타터용 자유륜 전동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 축에 대해 편심작용하는 만곡부(11)을 구비하는 내부링부재(5)는 플랜지(6)와 회전피니언(7)과 일체로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 스타터용 자유륜 전동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전동축을 수용하기 위해 플랜지(2)로 케이싱(3)과 연결된 외부링부재(1)은 원형의 내부주위면을 갖는 하우징을 형성하고, 회전체(9)와 내부링부재(5)를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 스타터용 전동장치.
- 제1항에 잇어서, 회전체(9)와 공동작용하는 스프링은 2개의 생크(10a, 10b)를 지닌 U자형으로 굽은 박판스프링이며, 생크(10a)는 회전체(9)를 가압하며, 다른 생크(10b)는 스프링수용부(12)에 고정되며, 상기 스프링은 편평한 링에 형성되어 있는 스프링 안내부(13)축방향으로 배치되며 스프링안내부(13)은 다수의 스프링 수용부에 상응하는 다수의 회전체(9)를 같은 각도 간격으로 주위에 배치하고 내부링부재에 대해 회전고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 스타터용 자유륜 전동장치.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 편평한 링에 형성된 스프링안내부(13)은 내부주위모서리(18)에서 축에 대해 편심작용하는 만곡부(11)을 구비하는 내부링부재(5)의 주위면과 통과하도록 형성되며 내부링(5)에 대해 회전고정되며, 상기 스프링안내부(13)은 회전 피니언(7)과 내부링부재(5)에 대해 마주보며 배치된 스프링수용부(12)와 플랜지(6)에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 스타터용 자유륜 전동장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 편평한 링처럼 형성되어 있는 스프링안내부(13)에 있는 스프링수용부(12)는 링표면에 배치되고 직사각형 모양공동(14)로 부터 밀봉된 벽(15)으로 구성되고 마주보는 벽(15)사이에는 상기 공동(14)까지 연장하고 되굽히는 부분(10c)에 배치된 스프링(10)의 생크(10c)와 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 스타터용 자유륜 전동장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
