Claims (3)

  1. 조성 : C 0.01내지 0.05% Si 0.01내지 0.2% Mn 0.01 내지 0.2% Co 0 내지 15% Mo 1.5 내지 6% Mi 7내지 20% Ti 7내지 1% Cr 0 내지 13% Al 0 내지 0.2% B 0 내지 0.1% Zr 0 내지 0.1%의 시효 경화성 강으로 된, 휘일과 마주치는 높은 내마모성 층이 우수한 용접성 강의 기본 본체에 붙이어지는 휘일과 마주치는 전철부의 영역에 놓이는 레일조각 또는 철도 전철부의 프로그(frog)를 제조하는 공정에 있어서, 휘일과 마주치는 표면층이 폭암층이 폭압도금, 전자빔용접 또는 롤 도금에 의하여 우수한 용접성강의 기본본체.
    특히 ≤0.24%C, ≤0.04% P 및/또는 S,≤ 0.065% Si 및≤ 1.7% Mn 을 함유하는 기본 본체상에 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 철도 전철기의 프로그를 제조하는 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 휘일과 마주칠 표면중, 특히 전자빔 용접에 의하여 휘일과 마주 칠 표면층이 붙이어진 후, 350 내지 450°C , 특히 400℃에서 시효가 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 철도 전철기의 프로그를 제조하는 공정.
  3. 제1 내지 2항에 있어서, 휘일과 마주칠 표면층이 12 내지 25㎜, 바람직하게는 15 내지 20㎜ 의 두께로 붙이어 짐을 특징으로 하는 철도 전철기의 프로그를 제조하는 공정.
