Claims (17)

  1. 이하의 단계로 연속적으로 구성되어 있으며, 세포 또는 조직으로부터의 체세포 배형성에 의해서 헬리안 투스 안누우스 해바라기 재배품종을 재생시키는 방법 : -배형성 캘러스 및 체세포 배형성 및 상기 배의 성장을 위한, 호르몬 함유 영양유도 배지내에서 해바라기 조직을 배양하는 제1단계 : -소위 모종 성장 배지상에서, 상기 배의 발아 및 아마도 뿌리가 내린다면, 식물로 발육되도록 배양하는 제2단계 : -적당하다면, 소위 발근 배지상에서, 상기 식물뿌리의 성장 또는 형성을 위한 제3단계 : 상기 단계들 중, 첫번째의 두 단계는 동일한 성질의 배지상에 수행되며 상기의 배지에는 옥신게 호르몬이 없는 시토키닌계 호르몬의 유효량이 함유되어 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조직이 미성숙 배인 해바라기의 재생방법.
  3. 제1 및 제2항에 있어서, 상기 호르몬이 키네틴, 6-벤질아미노푸린, 2-이소펜틸아데닌 및 제아틴으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 해바라기의 재생방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 호르몬이 제1 및 제2 배지 내에서 0.1 내지 8μM 농도의 6-벤질아미노푸린인 해바라기의 재생방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 6-벤질아미노푸린의 농도가 제1배지에서는 2.2~4.4μM이고, 제2배지에서는 0.44~4.4μM인 해바라기의 재생방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째의 두 배지에 있어 제1배지에서는 슈크로오스의 농도가 8%~12%이고, 제2배지에서는 2%~4%인 해바라기의 재생방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 슈크로오스의 농도가 제1배지에서는 2%~4%인 해바라기의 재생방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1배지로서 무라시지 및 스쿠그(MS)계 배지를 사용하는 해바라기의 재생방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1배지로서 비타민 및 아미노산 보충물을 함유한 무라시지 및 스쿠그(MS)계 배지를 사용하는 해바라기의 재생방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2배지에 비타민 및 아미노산류가 보충되지 않은 제1배지에서와 동일한 양으로 무기염류, 비타민류 및 아미노산이 함유되어 있는 해바라기의 재생방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 크기가 0.1과 5㎜ 사이이고, 4 내지 21일된 미성숙 배를 배양하는 방법으로서, 상기 배를 재생시킬 수 있는 여러 단편으로 절단할 수 있는 해바라기의 재생방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 재배품종 T 76, RT 26, HA 89, HA 290, HA 291, HA 300, HA 303 또는 자이언트 그래이 스트라이프를 사용하는 해바라기의 재생방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 제2단계 후, 수득된 식물을 뿌리유도를 위해 배양하는 해바라기의 재생방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 제2단계 후, 뿌리를 갖는 식물을 토양으로 옮기고 6,000룩스의 광도와 1일당 15h의 광주기를 갖는 15℃의 기후 챔버 내에서 배양하는 해바라기의 재생방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 제2단계 후, 수득된 식물을 접목시키는 해바라기의 재생방법.
  16. 제1항의 방법에 의해서 생산된 해바라기의 식물.
  17. 제16항의 해바라기의 식물을 의해서 생산된 종자류.
