제1도는 앵커 및 덮개부분과 함게 본 발명에 의한 거푸집을 전체적으로 도시한 도면,
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 거푸집 및 앵커의 확대도,
제3도는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시한 바와 같은 거푸집의 갈고리모양으로 되어 있는 인양 부재를 도시한 도면,
제4도는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시한 인양부재로서 고리로 되어 있고, 압축탭이 달려있는 인양부재를 도시한 도면,
제5도는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시한 인양부재로서 제4도의 경우와 마찬가지로 고리로 되어 있고, 나사볼트가 달려 있는 인양부재를 도시한 도면,
제6도는 제2도에 도시한 거프집의 선(Ⅵ-Ⅵ)에 따라 취한 단면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 콘크리트 완성부품을 만들 때 앵커(2)를 지지하고, 콘크리트 완성부품 내에 거푸집(1)을 끌어낼 때 리세스로부터 끌어당길 수 있는 앵커헤드(15)가 돌출하는 그 형상에 일치한 리세스를 생기게 하는 거푸집(1)으로서, 거푸집(1)에는 콘크리트완성부품과 반대방향을 향한 인양측면(7)의 단부까지 또는 그 아래로 구부러질수 있고, 거푸집(1)을 끌어낼 때에는 외측으로 곧바로 설수 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 인양부재(20)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인양부재(20)가 철사 또는 로프로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인양부재(20)가 보조공구용의 삽입구(21)를 제공하는 고리로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 인양부재가 삽입구가 제공된 평면후프로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 휠 수 있는 인양부재(20)가 거푸집(1)의 공작 재료와 물질 단위상 일체로 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인양부재(20)가 갈고리, 압축랩 또는 나사볼트로 형성된 고정구(22, 23, 24)에 의하여 거푸집 재료내에 견고하게 파묻혀 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인양부재(20)가 인양측면(7)에 형성된 거푸집모양의 절취부(8) 영역내에 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 인양부재(20)의 전장이 인양측면(7)에서의 절취부(8)길이와 동일하거나 그 보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 인양부재(20)가 절취부(8) 영역내에서 공칭굴곡을 할 수 있도록 절취부 평편면에 대하여 기울어진 경사위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인양부재(20)가 탄성외피(19) 내에 배치되어 있는 2개의 거푸집 심벽(11, 12)중 적어도 하나 속에 고착되어 있고, 탄성외피에는 중앙부분에 위쪽으로 공칭굴곡점(14)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 2개의 거푸집 심벽(11, 12)에는 각각 인양부재(20)가 배치되어 있고, 공칭굴곡점(14)이 2개의 인양부재(20)사이에 일정한 간격을 두고 위치하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
  12. 제10항에 있어서,외피(13)의 공칭굴곡점(14)이 인양부재(20)에 활모양으로 걸쳐있고, 이에 의하여 한단부(25)가 한거푸집 심벽(11)에 고정되고, 다른 단부(26)가 또 다른 거푸집 심벽(12)에 고정되어 있는(제7도)것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집.
