제1도(A)는, 본 발명에 관한 초음파 전동자 호온의 1실시예의 측면도. 제1도(B), (C) 및 (D)는, 각각 제1도(A)에 나타낸 진동자 호온의 외주부에 형성된 홈의 단면 형상을 나타내는, 제1도(A)의 Ⅰ―Ⅰ선 단면도.
제2도는, 제1도(A)의 진동자 호온에서 분사되는 분무의 분포의 범위의 형상을 도식화한 측면도.
제3도는, 제1도(A)의 진동자 호온에서 분사되는 분무의 분포의 범위 형상을 도식화한 평면도.
Claims (3)
- 축선 방향의 한쪽끝단부가 초음파진동발생수단에 접속되고, 상기 초음파 진동발생수단에 의해 구동되어, 공급된 액체물질의 무화가 행하여지는 축선방향의 다른쪽끝단부(선단부)(5)는 원추 형상으로 형성됨과 동시에, 외주부에는 공급된 액체물질을 수취하여 상기 축선 방향의 다른쪽끝단부(5)로 안내하는 액체물질 안내홈(7)을 형성하여, 이 액체물질 안내홈(7)은 상기 축선 방향의 다른쪽끝단부(5)에 연이어 통하도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진동자 호온.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 물질안내홈(7)의 단면이, V―형상, U―형상 또는 "ㄷ"자 형상으로 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 홈(7)이 상기 진동자 호온(9)의 축심에 평행하게 하나 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진동자 호온.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 물질 안내홈(7)의 단면이, V―형상, U―형상 또는 "ㄷ"자 형상으로 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 홈(7)이 상기 진동자 호온(9)의 축선방향의 끝단부(5)를 향하여 점차로, 이 진동자 호온(9)의 축심쪽으로 경사지어져서 하나 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진동자 호온.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
