본 고안은 동계와 하계시 냉난방된 차내를 환기시키고자 할때 외부로 빠져 나가는 열에너지를 전열교환 엘레멘트를 이용하여 엘에너지 소비를 줄이고 차내에 외부의 신선한 공기를 흡입시켜 보다 쾌적한 차내 분위기를 조성시키고자 고안한 차량용 전열교환 환풍기에 관한 것이다.The present invention aims to create a more pleasant atmosphere inside the car by reducing the energy consumption of EL energy by using a total heat exchange element and inhaling fresh air from the inside of the car to ventilate the air-cooled car in winter and summer. 종래에는 동계와 하계시 냉난방된 차내를 환기시키고자 할때에 차내에 설치된 환풍기를 구동시키거나 혹은 문을 열어 차내의 오염된 공기를 배출시킴으로서 차내의열손실은 물론이고 차내에 흡입되는 공기에 의해 급속한 온도변화를 가져왔던 것이다. 즉, 차내에서 흡연을 하거나 장시간 탑승할 경우 탁해진 공기로 인하여 멀미나 구토, 어지러움 등이 생겨 승객들의 불편함이 이루 말할 수 없었던 것이다. 따라서, 차내의 공기를 외부로 배출시킴과 동시에 외부의 공기를 차내로 흡입시키지 않으면 않되기 때문에 그로인해 발생되는 차내와 외부와의 온도차로 인해 승객들이 갑자기 변화된 차내의 온도를 즉시 적응하지 못해 승객에게 피해를 줬던 것이 비일비재 하였던 것이다. 또한 차내의 공기를 환기시키고자 할때 환풍기를 구동함에 따라 환풍기를 구동 시켜주는 전력의 낭비를 감독하지 않으면 않되기 때문에 범국민적으로 시행하고 있는 에너지 절약에 역행을 하는 결과를 초래하게 되었던 것이다.Conventionally, in order to ventilate an air-conditioned car during winter and summer, the fan installed in the car or the door is opened to discharge the polluted air from the car. 따라서, 본 고안은 종래의 문제점을 해결하고 고안한 것으로, 차량의 지붕에 통습성과 전열성이 우수한 전열교환 엘레멘트를 설치하여 차량주행시 발생하는 풍속(風速)을 벤츄리관의 작용원리를 이용하여 차내의 공기를 배출시키며 또한 또다른 흡입구로 흡입된 외부의 공기를 전열교환 엘레멘트를 통과하도록 함으로써 차내에 흡입시키는데 이때, 내,외부의 온도차가 최대한으로 변화됨이 없이 흡입되게 전열교환 엘레멘트를 통과하는 신선한 공기에 열량을 주거나(동계), 또는 뺏을때(하계) 전열교환 엘레멘트에서 차내의 주위온도와 거의 같은 온도를 흡입시킴으로서 차내의 온도를 일정하게 유지하고 보다 신선한 차내의 분위기를 조성시킬수가 있는 것이고, 또한 통습성과 전열성이 우수한 전열교환 엘레멘트를 사용함으로써 전력의 낭비없이 무동력으로 차내의 온도유지 및 흡배출시킴으로써 에너지 절감에 크게 기여할 수 있어 매우 유용하며 실용적인 것이다.Therefore, the present invention solves the conventional problems and is designed to install a heat exchange element having excellent moisture permeability and heat transfer property on the roof of the vehicle, using the principle of operation of the venturi tube inside the vehicle.
