본 고안은 비디오 테이프 레코오더의 테이프가 이동할시에 발생하는 진동을 제어하기 위하여 녹음재생헤드와 오디오헤드 사이에 안내핀과 안내로울러를 설치하여 테이프가 원활하게 이동할 수 있도록 하였고 안내로울러 측면에 스프링이 탄지된 텐숀로울러를 설치하여 테이프의 이완 및 장력이 발생할 경우 텐숀로울러로서 탄발력을 조절하여 주므로서 항상 테이프를 팽팽하게 유지시켜 줄수 있도록 하여 테이프의 찌그러짐을 없애고 수명을 연장할 수 있게 함에 목적을 둔 테이프 텐숀 조절장치에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 테이프가 물림로울러와 모우터 축 사이에서 밀림되어 안내로울러에 안내되어 임피던스 로울러를 통과한 상태로서 이동되었으므로 임피던스 로울러가 일정한 지점에서 회전하면서 자체의 탄성력에 의하여 테이프의 진동옹을 제어하여 주었기 때문에 사용중에 테이프의이완 상태가 심할 경우에는 임피던스 로울러 자체의 탄성력으로는 테이프의 이완을 만족하게 제어하지 못하므로 화면이 찌그러지거나 테이프가 손상되어 수명이 짧았으며 기구적으로도 복잡하여 생산원가는 고가이면서도 고장이 잦아 신뢰성이 적었다.In order to control the vibration that occurs when the tape of the video tape recorder moves, a guide pin and guide roller are installed between the recording and playback head and the audio head so that the tape can move smoothly.
