Claims (6)
- 3',4'-디에피-다우노루비신 하이드로 클로라이드 또는 3',4'-디에피-독소루비신 하이드로 클로라이드의 수용액을 약 0℃에서 별도로 아질산 나트륨 및 1N 수성 아세트산과 반응시켜 각각(a) R1이 H이고 R2가 하기 구조식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)인 일반식(I)의 글리코사이드의 탈아미노화 혼합물 또는 (b) R1이 OH이고 R2가 구조직(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)인 일반식(I)9의 글리코사이드의 탈아미노화 혼합물을 수득하고, 상기 각 혼합물을 용출제로서 처음에는 클로로포름, 다음에는 클로로포름-아세톤(97 : 3 용적/용적)혼합물을 사용하여 용출시켜 실리카겔 상에서 크로마토그래피법 분리를 행함으로써 각 혼합물로부터 일반식(I)의 각 화합물을 순수한 형태의 유리염기로서 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 안트라사이클린 글리코사이드를 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1은 수소 또는 하이드록시아고, R2는 구조식
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 약 3시간 동안 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조된 화합물이 3'-데아미노-4'-데하이드로-다우노루비신인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조된 화합물이 3'-데아미노-4'-데하이드로-독소루비신인 방법.
