Description
Claims (11)
- 가교형 열수축관의 소재가 되는 미가교의 수지를 중공관 상으로 압출하기 위한 맨드릴 및 다이로 이루어진 압철헤드와, 압출헤드로부터 압출된 수지로 된 관의 내면측에 압력 유체를 불어넣기 위한 뿜어 넣는 수단과, 상기 압출헤드로부터 압출된 수지로 된 관을 가교하기 위한 가교통과, 상기 가교통으로 부터 나온 관이 인도된 바와 같이 배치되고, 또한 전방을 향하여 내주면이 매끄럽게 확대되도록 만들어져 있는 확경다이와, 상기 확경다이로 부터 나온 관을 냉각하기 위한 냉각통과, 상기 냉각통으로 부터 나온 관을 평평한 형태로 변형시키기 위한 가이드와, 상기 가이드의 전방에 설치되어 있고, 압출헤드로부터 압출된 관에 대하여 상기 가이드로 부터 인출하는 방향으로 인취력을 주는 인취기를 가지고 있으며, 상기 가교통으로부터 냉각통에 이르기까지의 사이는 그것들의 내면이 실질적으로 틈새없이 또한 단차도 없는 상태에서 매끄럽게 연속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교형 열수축관의 연속 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뿜어넣는 수단으로서, 맨드릴에 압력유체 공급로가 형성되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압출헤드의 출구 부근으로부터 가교통의 입구부근에 걸친 부분에, 압출 헤드로부터 압출된 수지로 된 관의 외면에 마찰완 화제를 공급하기 위한 마찰 완화제 공급구가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교통의 내면에, 수지와의 이형성이 크며 또한 마찰계수의 작은 물질로 부터 이루어진 매장층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 부재가 냉각통으로 나온 관의 외면의 전주위를 둘러싸는 마우쓰피이스로 구성되며, 또한 그 마우쓰피이스는 단면의 내주 형상이 전방을 향하여 원형에서 타원형으로 매끄럽게 변형되도록 만들어져 있는것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 마우쓰피이스가, 냉각통의 선단에 연속되도록ㄹ 배치하며 또한 그 마우쓰피이스는, 내면의 주위길이가 입구로부터 출구까지 일정하게 되도록 만들어져 있는것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인취기는 가이드 부재에 의하여 평평하게 변형된 관을 그의 양측으로부터 끼우면서 회전하는 한 쌍의 압접로울러로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확경다이의 입구부근에, 그의 확경다이의 내측을 통과하는 수지관의 온도를 가교온도보다 낮으나 연화점 이상의 온도범위로 유지하기 위한 온도제어수단이 설치되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압출헤드의 다이와 가교통과의 사이. 가교통과 확경다이와의 사이 및 확경다이와 냉각통과의 사이중, 어느하나 이상은 상호간의 열전도를 차단하기 위한 단열부를 통하여 연결되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압출헤드의 다이와 가교통과의 사이. 가교통과 확경다이와의 사이 및 확경다이와 냉각통과의 사이중, 어느하나 이상의 사이에는 강제 냉각수단이 배치되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교통 또는 확경다이의 내측에, 수지로 된 관의 내면에 접착제를 내뿜기 위한 접착제 공급관이 삽입되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 연속 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
