Claims (10)
- 내연기관의 연소실 같은 고온고압 대기의 압력을 감지하기 위한 고압감지기에 있어서, 강체의 하우징과 하우징내의 감지기칩(sensor chip)과 폐쇄부와 감지기칩 사이를 결합하여 폐쇄부재로부터 상기칩으로 힘을 전달하는 힘전달부재를 포함하고, 전술한 칩이 상기 폐쇄부재의 외부로 공급되는 압력을 대표하는 압력신호를 구비하도록 반응함을 포함하는 고압감지기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전술한 칩이 급힘모우드에서 작동하도록 배열되고, 전술한 칩이 전술한 출력신호를 구비하는 긴장모우드(tensile mode) 혹은 압축모우드(compressive mode)에서 작동하는 변형게이지 저항을 가지는 감지기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폐쇄부재는 하우징상의 환상력 넘어로 뒤집어진 후방림을 가진 벨로우즈형상인 감지지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폐쇄부재의 미리 설정된 사전 변형을 구비하는 탄성요소를 포함하는 감지기.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 탄성요소가 폐쇄부재의 일체부분에 의해 형성되는 감지기.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄부재가 일체의 환상주름을 가지는 디스크-형상의 다이아프램을 포함하고, 상기 환상주름은 다이아프램의 현수(suspension)를 구비하고 또한 탄성요소를 구비하여 폐쇄부재의 사전변형을 조화시킴을 포함하는 감지기.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 전술한 힘전달부재가 로드의 단부와 다이아프램 사이에서 디스크-형상부재를 가지는 로드를 포함하며, 이 부재가 그의 주부품 위의 다이아프램을 전술한 환상주름내에서 지지하는 감지기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폐쇄부재가 비교적 고강성도(stiffness)인 감지기칩에 비해 비교적 낮은 강성도를 가지는 감지기.
- 제 1 및 제 2 하우징부품이 한데 정합되어 있고, 상기 제 1하우징부품은 가요성 압력감지요소와 푸쉬-로드 어셈블리(push rod assembly)를 지지하며, 상기 제2부품은 하나의 변환기(transducer)를 지지하며, 전술한 변환기는 낮은 강성도의 압력 감지요소에 비해 강성도를 가지며, 제 1 및 제 2부품은 한데연결되어 상기 푸쉬-로드가 힘을 감지요소와 변환기 사이에서 전달하게 하고 감지요소의 영구 탄성변형을 결정하도록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 고압력 감지기.
- 압력감지요소와 푸쉬-로드 어셈블리를 지지하는 제 1 하우징부품을 구비하고, 변환기를 지지하는 제 2 하우징부품을 구비하고, 전술한 변환기는 낮은 강성도(low stiffness)를 가지는 감지요소에 비해 고강성도(high stiffness)를 가지며, 제 1 및 제 2 하우징부품을 한데 정합시켜 푸쉬-로드가 힘을 감지요소로부터 변환기로 전달하여 감지요소의 영구탄성 변형을 판정하도록 구성함을 포함하는 압력감지기 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
