전동기 구동형스로틀밸브용의 스로틀밸브조립체
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본원발명의 일실시예에 의한 스로틀밸브조립체의 부분단면도이며, 스로틀밸브축의 회전을 팬쇄위치에 대하여 제한하는 스로틀밸브조립체내부에 설치된 규제부재를 나타낸다.
제2도는 규제부재와 조정스크류를 나타내는 제1도의 부분확대도.
제3도는 본원발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 스로틀밸브조립체의 부분단면도이며, 스로틀밸브조립체외부에 설치된 규제부재를 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. 액셀페달(9)의 밟는 양에 따른 액셀개페도신호(19)에 의해서 스로틀밸브(2)의 개펜도를 제어하는 전동기(5)을 구비하고, 이 전동기(5)의 출련축과 상기 스로틀밸브축(3)과의 사이에 설치된 기어기구(10)를 통하여 상기 전동기(5)의 회전력을 상기 스로틀밸브(2)의 회전축(3)에 전달하도록 한 것에 있어서, 상기 스로틀 밸브를 지지하는 상기 전동기부착측의 베어링부와 상기 기어기구(10)와의 사이에 위치하는 스로틀밸브축(3)의 부분(20)에 규제부재(14)를 설치하고, 스로틀밸브의 전폐위치 부근에서 스로틀밸브(2)와 스로틀밸브조립체의 공기흐름벽(21) 사이에 소정치내의 공극을 유지하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기 구동형 스로틀밸브용의 스로틀밸브조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규제부재(14)는 스로틀밸브축(3)에 고정되어 이 스로틀밸브축과 함께 회전하며, 이 규제부재(14)의 반경방향 외축 끝부(17)에 접촉하여 상기 스로틀밸브(2)의 폐쇄방향으로의 회전을 규제하는 돌기부를 가진 조정스크류(12)가 규제부재(14)에 배설되어 스로틀밸브(2)를 소정위치에서 멈추게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기 구동형 스로틀밸브용의 스로틀밸브조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 조정스크류(12)의 돌기부는 스크류가 회전할때 밸브조립체하우징(1)을 통하여 스크류를 전후방으로 움직이게하는 나사홈(22)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기 구동형 스로틀밸브용의 스로틀밸브조립체.
