제 1 도는 용기의 목 부분상에 나사 결합되기전의 뚜껑을 축 방향 단면도로 도시한 분해도. 제 2 도는 용기의 목 부분상에 나사 결합된 뚜껑을 도시한 축 방향 단면도. 제 3 도는 제 1 도의 선 Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 얻어진 직경 방향 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 내면과 외면을 지니는 외측 스커트(skirt)를 지니는 뚜껑.
    절단될 수 있고 상기 스커트에 결합되는 재료의 브릿지(bridge)들에 의해 상기 스커트에 연결된 탬퍼프루프 밴드(tamperproof band),
    돌기들을 지니며기초부 원주 둘레에 배향된 다수의 반경 방향을 멈추개들을 나타내는 상기 용기의 목 부분.
    용기의 저부 방향으로 집중하는 형상을 최소한 부분적으로 나타내는 용기 목 부분 나사부 아래의 플랜지를 포함하며,
    상기 스커트의 내면은 상기 용기의 목 부분상에 맞물리며,
    상기 탬퍼프루프 밴드는 상기 용기의 목 부분의 돌기들을 보완하는 형상을 지니는 다수의 내측 반경 방향 돌기들을 지니며,
    상기 멈추개 및 돌기의 배향 및 칫수는 나사를 잠그는 방향으로 돌기가 멈추개들을 지나쳐 통과하는 것을 허용하고 반대 방향으로 통과를 막도록 형상화되며,
    뚜껑의 저부 방향으로 향해진 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 각각의 반경 방향 돌기의 면은 캡의 저부 방향으로 분산되는 형상을 나타내도록 경사지며,
    용기 목 부분 플랜지의 직경은 밴드의 돌기들의 정상부들에 의해 한정된 원의 직경과 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 내경 사이의 값을 지니는, 외면이 부분적으로 나사진 목 부분을 지니는 용기용의 탬퍼프루프 밀폐 수단.
  2. 제 1 항의 밀폐 수단에 있어서, 용기의 목 부분의 기초부근처에 제공된 플랜지가 거의 반원형 단면을 나타내며,
    탬퍼프루프 밴드의 돌기의 사면들이 뚜껑의 나사단에 접하여 놓이는 밀폐 수단.
  3. 제 1 항에 따른 밀폐 수단에 있어서, 링이 용기 목 부분의 기초부에 제공되며,
    상기 링은 최소한 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 외경과 같은 외경을 지니며,
    상기 링은, 밴드를 뚜껑의 외측 스커트에 연결시키는 브릿지가 파괴된 후에 뚜껑의 외측 스커트의 자유단과 탬퍼프루프 밴드 사이에 발생하는 것이 요구되는 틈새와 같은 축 방향 틈새가 뚜껑의 나사단에서 뚜껑과 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 자유단 사이에 존재하도록 목 부분상에 축 둘레에 위치되는 밀폐 수단.
  4. 제 2 항에 따른 밀폐 수단에 있어서, 링이 용기 목 부분의 기초부에 제공되며,
    상기 링은 최소한 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 외경과 같은 외경을 지니며
    상기 링은, 밴드를 뚜껑의 외측 스커트에 연결시티는 브릿지가 파괴된 후에 뚜껑의 외측 스커트의 자유단과 탬퍼프루프 밴드 사이에 발생하는 것이 요구되는 틈새와 같은 축 방향 틈새가 뚜껑의 나사단에서 뚜껑과 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 자유단 사이에 존재하도록 목 부분상에 축 둘레에 위치되는 밀폐 수단.
  5. 제 1 항에 따른 밀폐 수단에 있어서, 용기 목 부분의 멈추개들의 규칙적인 각도상 분배 및 뚜껑의 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 돌기들의 규칙적인 각도상 분배가 밴드의 돌기들이 모두 동시에 멈추개 상에 올라가지 않도록 다르게 형상화 되는 밀폐 수단.
  6. 제 2 항에 따른 밀폐 수단에 있어서, 용기 목 부분의 멈추개들의 규칙적인 각도상 분배 및 뚜껑의 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 돌기들의 규칙적인 각도상 분배가 밴드의 돌기들이 모두 동시에 멈추개 상에 올라가지 않도록 다르게 형상화 되는 밀폐 수단.
  7. 제 3 항에 따른 밀폐 수단에 있어서, 용기 목 부분의 멈추개들의 규칙적인 각도상 분배 및 뚜껑의 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 돌기들의 규칙적인 각도상 분배가 밴드의 돌기들이 모두 동시에 멈추게 상에 올라가지 않도록 다르게 형상화 되는 밀폐 수단.
  8. 제 4 항에 따른 밀폐 수단에 있어서, 용기 목 부분의 멈추개들의 규칙적인 각도상 분배 및 뚜껑의 탬퍼프루프 밴드의 돌기들의 규칙적인 각도상 분배가 밴드의 돌기들이 모두 동시에 멈추개 상에 올라가지 않도록 다르게 형상화 되는 밀폐수단.
