본 고안은 소아의 배뇨를 통하여 질병의 유무를 판변할 수 있도록 검사지가 부착된 기저귀에 관한것이다.구체적으로는 패드식1회로용 기저귀의 내면에 PH, 단백, 당에 민감한 반응을 나타내는 검사지(조각지)를 부착하여 뇨중성분에 의하여 변화되는 색상을 관찰하게 하므로서 소아의 질병상태를 판단하도록 구성된 것이다. 본고안의 의도성을 기술하기 위하여 먼저 소변검사의 실태를 개략 설명키로 한다.
인체의 신장(또는 콩팥 : KIDNEY )은 혈장(PLASMA)의 성질을 화학적, 물리적으로 유지하고 작용된다. 이를 위하여 질소성 물질을 비롯한 여러가지의 대사물을 배설하며 뇨의 성장을 사구체(GLOMERULUS)의 여과 과정에서부터 비롯된다. 여기에서, 혈장은 단백질만 제외한 그 구성 성분을 그대로 지닌체 여과되며 이 여과액을 긴뇨세관을 통과하는 동안 대부분의 수분이 재흡수되고 다른 성분들도 신체의 필요에 따라, 또는, 신역치(RENAL THRESHOLD) 의 높고 낮음에 따라 선택적으로 재흡수된다. 그러나, 신체에서 불필요한 물질을 뇨세관에서 분비되는 일부 물질과 합쳐저서 체외로 배출되며 이것이 곧 소변인 것이다. 따라서, 소변검사는 뇨의 형성에 직접관여되는 비뇨기계통의 이상여부는 물론, 혈액성분의 이상여부, 순환기장애등에도 예민하게 반영되므로 임상의학의 긍정도는 대단히 높다.
특히, 질환상태를 표현하지 못하는 소아의 진찰에 있어서는 소변검사를 통하여 임상소견이나 판단을 내리게 되며 전문가 (의사 또는 임상병리사)에 의하여 검사되고 있다. 그러나 가정에서는 아기의 건강상태를 정확히 판단하지 못하기 때문에 예를 들어, 소아가 보챈다는 이유만으로 병,의원을 찾아 소변검사를 실시한다면 건강할 경우에는 시간낭비, 비용낭비등의 손실을 가져오고 현재에도 이러한 사례가 빈번 한것이 사실이다. 잠을 안자고 칭얼대거나 보채는 이유는 여러가지가 있으며, 예컨데 공복감, 복통, 질병 또는 기저귀가 젖었을 때, 환경조건이 맞지 않을 때 등인데 어머니 (또는 육아자)는 아이의 건강을 위하여 무조건병, 의원을 생각하기 때문에 본 출원인은 이점을 감안하여 가정에서도 손쉽게 아이의 질병유무를 판단할 수 있도록 하는 기저귀를 착안하게 되었고 본 고안의 주목적인 것이다.
본 고안의 다른 목적은, 뚜렷한 질병증세가 없을 때에도 건강 상태가 항시 표현되게 하고 발병초기에 즉시 이상 증세를 포착하여 병세가 그 이상 심화되지 못하도록 사전에 예방시키려는데 있다. 이러한 본 고안의 특징은, 기저귀 내면에 여러가지의 검사지를 부착시켜 놓는 것이며 아기가 자연스럽게 배뇨하였을때 검사지에 나타나는 반응 여하에 따라 질병의 유무를 판단하도록 되는 것으로서 이하 첨부된 도면과 함께보다 구체적인 내용을 설명하면 면백해질 것이다. 패드형으로된 1회용 기저귀(1)의 내면(X)에 PH (2)와 단백질(3), 그리고 당뇨 (4)에 민감한 반응을 나타내는 변색 검사지를 각각 나란히 부착시키되 피부에 이물감을 느끼지 않도록 크기를 최소화 하여서 구성되며 외면(Y)에는 종방향으로 눈금이 표시된 출자 (5)를 부착하여서 되는 것이다.
상기의 PH반응지(2)는, 배뇨에 침습될 경우 타질환과의 상관관계를 색조로 나타내게 되며 단백반응지(3)는 신장 및 요도의 세균감염 여부를 색조로 나타내고, 당뇨 반응지(4)는 뇨중의 당분을 관찰할 수 있도록 색조로 나타나게되는 것으로서 색상의 변화에 의하여 판단을 내리는 배뇨검사 기준은 다음과 같다.
1. PH반응지(2)의 변화시 신선한 뇨는 보통 산성이기마련이나 PH범위는 4.6-7.5이므로 알카리성 뇨라고 해서 반드시 병적이라고 단정할 수 없으며 다른 질환 (다른 반응지)와 서로 연관시켜서 본다 (진황색→청녹색으로 변화)
2. 단백질 반응지 (3)의 변화시 영양(단백질)이 높은 농도로 소변에 검출될시에는 신장 대사기능의 이상과 요도의 세균감염으로 판단한다. (황색→녹색으로 변화)
3. 당뇨 반응지 (4)의 변화시 당뇨가 소변에 검출될시에는 반응지의 변색도에 따라 당뇨초기 관찰 및 경과를 관찰하게 된다. (분홍색→진보라색으로변화)반응지 (2)(3)(4)의 변색도는 뇨의 성분에 따라 여러가지의 명도로 변화되며, 도면 제4도의 예시와 같이 비정상의 경우는 짙은 색이 될수록 중증에 다 다른것으로 판단하게 된다. 그러므로, 본 고안에 의한 기저귀(1)를 아기에게 채워 놓으면 배뇨에 의한 반응지 감별로서 아기의 건강 상태를 항시 파악할 수 있으므로 조기 치료를 서두룰 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 반응검사 결과를 전문의사에게 드러내주므로서 의사의 진료에 도움이 되는 것이다. 또, 기저귀(1)의 외면(Y)에 줄자 (5)를 부착시켜 놓음으로서 아기의 발육신장을 잴수 있어서 결국, 본 고안은 기저귀의 이용도를 한층 드높인 실용적이고도 유용성 있는 고안인 것이다.

- 패드형으로 된 1회용 기저귀(1)에 있어서,내면 (X)에 PH(2)와 단백(3), 당뇨 (4)에 민감한 반응을 나타내는 변색 검사지를 각각 나란히 부착시키되 피부에 이 물감이 느껴지지 않도록 최소화하고 외면(Y)에는 종으로 눈금이 표시된 줄자(5)를 부착하여서된 질병 검사용 기저귀.
