Claims (7)

  1. 강체 프레임, 지지패드와 프레임 사이에서 탄력있는 연결수단에 의해 프레임의 내부에 설치된 국부적인 볼록한 지지패드를 포함하며, 케이스 내부에서 충전물 안쪽에 설치된 지지구조물로 구성된, 쿠션 또는 베개와 같은 몸받침구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄력있는 연결수단은 다수의 이격된 탄력있는 연결구들을 포함하는 몸받침구.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 패드는 볼록한 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 몸받침구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 지지구조물은 충전물에 의해 완전히 싸여지는 몸받침구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 지지구조물은 포말재료 충전물의 2개층들 사이에 끼워넣어진 몸받침구.
  6. 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 충전물은 지지구조물을 케이스에 대하여 제위치에 자리잡게 하도록 바닥수단을 제공하는 몸받침구.
  7. 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전물과 지지구조물의 삽입을 허용하도록 지퍼로 된 개구부가 케이스에 제공된 몸받침구.
