Claims (8)
- 주형(1)속에 하나 또는 여러개의 용기(2) 또는 팽창 폴리스티렌의 격벽(3)을 배치하여 주형을 구획짓고, 격벽(3)과 주형(1)의 벽 및 용기(2)의 벽으로 영역들 안에 각각 다른 탄성의 발포성 폴리우레탄 혼합물들을 주형에 붓고 덮개로 씌우며, 발포성 폴리우레탄으로 채워진 주형(1)을 외부의 열원과 폴리우레탄 발포재의 반응열에 의해 주형에 부은 각기 다른 탄성의 폴리우레탄의 발포를 제어하는 치밀한 재료의 충(6)으로 상기 팽창폴리스티렌을 변형시키는 온도 T까지 가열시켜 주형에 채워진 폴리우레탄의 중합 및 팽창 폴리스티렌을 수축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 각기 다른 탄성의 부분이 병렬 또는 포개어진 발포성 폴리우레탄으로 성형된 쿠션재료 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창 폴리스티렌을 발포성 폴리우레탄 혼합물로 채워진 주형의 외부의 열원 또는 발포재의 반응열에 의하여 80~130℃에서 120~180초 동안 바람직하게는 100℃에서 150초 동안 수축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서 격벽(3) 또는 요기(2)가 밀도 8~20g/dm3, 바람직하게는 15g/dm3이고 두께가 1~4mm, 특히 2mm의 팽창 폴리스티렌의 판(4)으로 만들고 주형(1)에 동시에 부어진 각기 다른 폴리우레탄 발포재의 중합 단계중에 70~150℃에서 폴리스티렌의 팽창이 폴리우레탄의 발포를 제어하는 치밀한 재료의 충(6)으로 변형되게 수축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포재들의 결합력을 강화시키는 결합부를 제공하도록 판(4)들을 가공하기 전후에 판(4)에 직경 0.5~2mm정도의 구멍을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창된 폴리스티렌 판이 2개의 매끈한 면으로 된 금속판들 사이에 또는 로울러 사이에 놓여 가공되기 전에 표면열에 의해 100~140℃, 특히 130℃의 온도에서 약 60~180초 동안, 특히 120초 동안 가열되며, 가열된 2개의 긍속판들 또는 로울러의 표면열은 한편으로는 팽창된 폴리스티렌으로 된 판(4)의 상하부면들의 표면을 매끈하게 하고 다른 한편으로는 판(4')를 구성하는 팽창된 폴리스티렌의 둥근 입자들을 부분적으로 수축시켜 입자 속의 공간을 축소시켜 다수의 작은 공간을 만들어 부분적으로 결합력을 약화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 열처리로 표면이 매끄러운 팽창된 폴리스티렌 판(4')를 격판(3) 또는 용기(2')형태로 주형(1)내에 고정배치시키며, 용기 (2')에는 주형(1)의 연접된 벽(13)에 의해 개방되는 공간(12)안에 판(4')이 배치되고 공간(12)의 내부 윤곽에 맞춰 용기(2)에 주어진 판(4')을 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하느 제조방법.
- 제 5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 주형(1)의 덮개 내부에 위치한 돌출부(15)에 의해 용기(2,2')가 두번 만곡된 곡선(14)으로 되어 주형(1)내에어 성형된 폴리우레탄 발포재가 인체구조에 맞는 형태로 되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 각기 다른 탄성의 발포성 폴리우레탄의 발포를 제어하는 치밀한 재료의 층(6)에서 상기 폴리우레탄 발포재들이 병렬되고 포개어지게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법으로 제조된 탄성이 다른 발포성 폴리우레탄들로 이루어진 쿠션재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
