Claims (2)
- 피측정막을 박판에 도포한 피측정부재를 회전축으로 밀착 지지하면서 주행시켜, 상기 회전축의 면에서 소정거리를 띄어서 상기 회전축과 평행하게 차광판을 설치하여서 상기 피측정막의 표면과 상기 차광판간을 제1레이저광으로 주사하고 상기 회전축의 표면과 상기 차광판간을 제2레이저광으로 주사하여서 상기 피측정막의 막두께를 측정하는 것에 있어서,상기 회전축에 설치되어 그 회전속도를 검출하며 1회전당 1개의 펄스를 발생하는 회전센서를 설치하여, 상기 회전축이 적어도 1회전하는 동안에 다수회의 레이저광 주사로 얻게 되는 각 측정치를 자동적으로 평균 처리하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 막두께의 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제레이저광 및 상기 제1레이저광은 하나의 레이저 발진기에서 사출된 것을 광분기기로로 2개로 분기한 것을 특징으로 하는 막두께의 측정장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
