Claims (10)
- SnO2또는 CuO 또는 그 혼합물을 금속산화물 촉매로서 사용하여 금속산화물 촉매 존재시에 175℃-400℃ 온도에서 상응되는 비스-카르바민산에스테를 분해하는 것에 의한 이소포론디이소시아네이트 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 SnO2로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 CuO로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 온도가 약 225℃-약 350℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 압력이 약 10-약50mmHg인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 상기 비스-카르바민산 에스테르의 중량을 기준으로 약 0.1-약15 중량%의 양인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 비스-카르바민산 에스테르가 메틸에스테르 또는 부틸에스테르인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 비스-카르바민산 에스테르가 부틸에스테르인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 산에스테르가 메틸에스텔인 방법.
