Claims (11)

  1. 유리 NCO기를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 물질의 표면을 화학적으로 개질시켜서 이들 물질에 NCO기를 함유하는 물질에 대해 영구적인 반응성을 제공하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 물질을 성형시킨 후, 경화되기 전에, 이 물질의 표면을 이 물질 표면중의 유리 NCO기를 전환시킬 수 있을 정도의 상대습도를 갖는 스팀-공기 혼합물로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 유리 NCO기를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 물질의 표면을 화학적으로 개질시켜서 이들 물질에 NCO기를 함유하는 물질에 대해 영구적인 반응성을 제공하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 물질을 성형시킨 후 경화되기 전에, 이 물질의 표면을 이소시아네이트기에 반응성인 수소활성기, 그외에 알콕시실란기, 또는 물질의 표면층의 유리 NCO기를 전환시키는 농도에서 분자당 적어도 1개의 추가 수소 활성기로 되는 물질로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 물질의 표면을 50%이상, 적합하기로는 70%이상의 상대습도를 갖는 스킴-공기 혼합물로 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서, 수소 활성기가 히드록실, 슬프히드릴, 카르복실, 일급 아민 및(또는) 이급 아민기인 방법.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 물질을 용액 또는 중기 형태로 사용하고, 존재할 수 있는 기타 성분들이 이 소시아네이트기에 대해 불활성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 2항에 있어서, 사용되는 물질이 티오알킬, 아미노알킬 또는 히드록시알킬 트리알콕시 실란인 방법.
  7. 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 1개 이상의 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 화학적으로 개질된 표면층을 갖는 폴리우레탄 물질.
  8. 표면 개질 폴리우레탄 물질의 표면상에 유리 NCO기를 갖는 접합재 및 밀폐재의 접착력을 증대시키기 위한 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 1개 이상의 항에 의한 방법의용도.
  9. 유리 NCO기를 갖는 우레탄 프리폴리머 물질용 기저층(여기에서 상기 유리 NCO기는 이 기저층에 접합됨)으로써 제 7항 기재의 폴리우레탄 물질의 용도.
  10. 유리 NCO기를 갖는 우레탄 프리폴리머로부터 유도된 물질을 접합 및 밀폐시키기 위한 기저층(상기 유리 NCO기는 상기 기저층의 재질 표면에 도포되어 차체의자동차 창을 접합장착 및 밀폐시킴)으로서 프라이머로 전처한 자동차 창에 제 7항 기재의 폴리우레탄 물질의 용도.
  11. 자동차 예비 유리창의 기저층으로서 제 7항 기재의 폴리우레탄 물질의 용도.
