Claims (4)
- 저탄화도 석탄의 조립에 480℃ 이하의 온도로서 건류처리를 실시하여 산소함유량 10%중량비 이하의 다공질 반성코오크스를 제조하는 제 1 의 공정: 이렇게 얻어진 반성코오크스에 이 반성코오크스 10%중량비 이하에 상당하는 양의 중성유 또는 천연경유를 함침시키는 제 2 의 공정: 및 물 또는 탄소수 3이하의 저급알콜을 첨가하여 유체화 하는 제 3의 공정: 으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저탄화도 석탄의 유체화 방법.
- 그 저탄화도 석탄은 아역청탄, 갈탄, 아탄의 군에서 선택되는 최소한 한가지 종류의 석탄의 청구범 위 제 1 항 기재의 저탄화도 석탄의 유체화 방법.
- 제 1 의 공정과 제 2의 공정과의 사이에 반성코오크스를 미분쇄한 다음 물로서 탈회하는 공정이 부가되는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 저탄화도 석탄의 유체화 방법.
- 제 1의 공정인 저온건류에서 부생된 저온 타르내의 산성유 및 또는 염기 성유를 그대로 또는 화학처리를 가해, 저탄화 도석탄을 유체화하는 경우의 미분탄의 분산제 및 안정제로서 첨가하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 저탄화도 석탄의 유체화 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
