Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 알킬렌 디아민 유도체를 제조하는 데 있어서:(Ⅰ)[상기 식중, A는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)를 갖는 기R1-(CH2)m-CH(R2)-(CH2)n- (Ⅱ)(상기 식중, R1은 3∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 축쇄 지방족 탄화수소기, 5∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지환족기, 아릴기, 또는 1∼4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 갖는 아르알킬이고;R2는 3∼11개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 지방족 탄화수소기, 3∼11개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시기, 에스테르 결합 및 3∼11개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 탄화수소기, 에테르 결합 및 3∼11개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 탄화수소기, 또는 아릴옥시기이며;및 m과 n 각각은 0∼2의 정수로서, m+n은 3을 초과하지 않는다.)이고;및 B는 수소이거나, 또는 A는 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)을 갖는 기:R3-(CH2)k- (Ⅲ)(상기 식중, R3은 3∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 지방족 탄화수소기, 5∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지환족기, 아릴기, 또는 1∼4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 갖는 아르알킬기이고;및 k는 정수 0∼3이다)이고;및 B는 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)로 나타내어지는 기;R4- (Ⅳ)(상기 식중, R4는 3∼11개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 지방족 탄화수소기, 에스테르 결합 및 3∼11개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 탄화수소기, 에테르 결합 및 3∼11개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 탄화수소기, 또는 에테르 결합 및 2∼5개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기를 갖는 아르알킬기이다.)이며;p는 정수 2∼6이고;및 q는 정수 4∼7이다.];하기 일반식(Ⅴ)를 갖는 카르복실산 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)을 갖는 아민유도체와 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅶ)을 갖는 화합물을 수득하고:A-COOH (Ⅴ)(Ⅵ)(Ⅶ)(상기 식중, A,B,p및 Q 각각은 상술한 바와 같다)이어서 상기 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 환원시키거나 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅷ)을 갖는 아민 화합물 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 하기 일반식(Ⅸ)를 갖는 할로겐화 화합물과반응시킴:(Ⅷ)(Ⅸ)(상기 식중, A,B,p및 q 각각은 상술한 바와 같다);을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌디아민 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물과 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물간의 반응을 용매 부재 또는 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌디아민 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물과 일반식(Ⅸ)의 화합물간의 반응을 용매부재 또는 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌디아민 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물과 일반식(Ⅸ)의 화합물간의 반응을 알칼리화제 존재하의 유기 용매내에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌디아민 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물과 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물간의 반응 또는 일반식(Ⅷ)의 화합물과 일반식(Ⅸ)의 화합물간의 반응을 실온 ∼160℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌디아민 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)내에서 R1이 3∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기, 또는 페닐기임을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌디아민 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)내에서 R2가 4∼8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기임을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌디아민 유도체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
