Claims (29)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
    식중, X는 수소, 플루오르, 염소 또는 브롬이고, R은 수소, (C1-C6)알킬 또는 (C2-C5)알케닐이며, R'는 치환 또는 비치환(C3-C8)알킬, 치환 또는 비치환(C2-C6)알케닐, (C3-C6)시클로알킬 또는 (C1-C3)알킬(C3-C6)시클로알킬이고, 여기서 알킬 및 알케닐 치환체는 1-3할로겐이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, X가 수소이고, R'가 (C3-C5)알킬인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, R'가 n-부틸인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, X가 수소이고, R이 (C3-C4) 알킬일 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, R이 프로필이고, R'가 (C3-C5)알킬인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 알파-n-부틸-알파-(2-프로폭시페닐)-1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-프로판니트릴로 명명되는 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, R은 메틸이고, R'가 (C3-C5)알킬인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, X가 수소인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 알파-n-부틸-알파-(2-메톡시페닐)-1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-프로판니트 릴로 명명되는 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 알파-(2-메톡시페닐)-알파-n-프로필-1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-프로판니트릴 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, R이 에틸이고, R'가(C3-C5) 알킬인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, X가 수소인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 알파-n-부틸-알파-(2-에톡시페닐)-1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-프로판니트릴로 명명되는 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  14. 제 1 항에 있어서, X가 할로겐이고, R'가 (C2-C5) 알킬인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 알파-n-부틸-알파-(5-클로로-2-메톡시페닐)-1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-프로판 니트릴로 명명되는 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 알파-n-부틸-알파-(5-클로로-2-에톡시페닐)-1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-프로판 니트릴로 명명되는 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  17. 제 1 항에 있어서, X가 수소이고, R'가 할로겐화 (C1-C4) 알킬인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  18. 제 1 항에 있어서, X가 수소이고, R'가 비치환 또는 할로겐화 (C2-C5)알케닐인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  19. 제 1 항에 있어서, X가 수소이고, R'가 (C3-C6)시클로알킬 또는 (C1-C6)알킬 (C3-C5)시클로알킬인 화합물 및 그의 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 거울상 이성질체, 산부가염 및 금속염 착 화합물.
  20. 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 담체 및 활성 성분으로 살균에 유효한 량의 제 1 항의 화합물을 함유한 식물 병균 억제용 살균 조성물.
  21. 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 담체 및 활성 성분으로 살균에 유효한 량의 제 9 항의 화합물을 함유한 식물 병균 억제용 살균 조성물.
  22. 농경학적으로 수용 가능한 담체 및 활성 성분으로 살균에 유효한 량의 제10항의 화합물을 함유한 식물 병균 억제용 살균 조성물.
