Claims (7)
- 저장 탱크 또는 수송관의 유체 가열 장치에 있어서, 한 측면에서 작동부를 가지는 열사이펀은 열사이펀이 작동부에 대해 수평으로 놓이거나 또는 아래로 경사지게 놓이고 작동부가 탱크 또는 파이프의 외부에 나타나도록 유체의 저장 탱크 또는 수송관의 내부나 외부 둘레에 제공되고, 작동 유체의 수렴부는 작동부의 측면에서 열사이펀의 바닥에 형성되고, 탈가스 파이프는 작동부의 측면에서 부터 열사이펀내로 삽입되고, 수령부내의 작동 유체는 작동 유체의 내부 또는 외부에 제공된 가열 수단에 의해 가열 및 증발되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작동 유체의 수령부는 열사이펀과는 분리되어 있어서 작동 유체의 수령 용기가 탱크 또는 파이프의 외부 또는 내부에 설치되는 반면에 열사이펀과 수령 용기는 파이프에 의해 상통되며 이러한 모양으로 열사이펀과 파이프가 세워지면 열사이펀에서 발생된 응축 유체는 수령 용기내로 유동하여 수령 용기내의 작동 유체가 탱크 또는 파이프의 외부에서 조작 가능한 가열 수단에 의해 가열 및 증발되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 열사이펀은 직선 파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 작동 유체의 수령부 또는 수령용기 이외의 열사이펀 부분은 대략 파형으로 형성된 파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 열사이펀은 와류형으로 또는 수직 방향에서 나선형으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 원주상 측벽이 고정된 공간층을 통해 이중으로 형성되는 탱크 또는 파이프와 작동 유체가 내부에 들어있는 열사이펀이 제공되고, 공간층과 열사이펀은 상통하므로 공간층에서 발생된 응축 유체가 열사이펀내로 유동하고, 열사이펀내의 작동 유체는 가열수단에 의해 가열 및 증발되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.
- 제2항 또는 6항에 있어서, 가열 수단은 작동 유체내에 또는 열사이펀의 작동 유체의 수령부 또는 수령 용기 외부에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체 가열 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
