Claims (5)
- 동적 압력유체 회로에서의 압력유체가 슬립제어중 도입될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 정적 브레이크회로(18)와, 마스터 실린더어셈블리(12) 및 제어밸브(19)와 브레이크페달(22)에 연결되기에 적합한 부스터피스톤(39)을 지닌 유압브레이크 부스터(11)를 포함하는 브레이크 압력발생장치(1)를 구비하며, 적어도 하나의 동적 브레이크 회로(14)가 부스터실(21)에 연결된 자동차용 슬립제어 브레이크 시스템에 있어서, 마스터실린더 어셈블러(12)의 두개의 작동실(15,16)이 스텝있는 플로팅피스톤(42)에 의해 서로 분리되며, 그 스텝있는 피스톤의 작은 스텝(44)은 브레이크페달(22)에 연결되기에 적합한 제1마스터실린더 및 또는 푸쉬로드피스톤(43)용 마스터 실린더 구멍(25)내에서 밀봉된 채 안내되며, 마스터실런더구멍(28)내의 큰스텝(45)은 한편으로는 압력유체도관(26,30)을 개재하여 부스터실(21)에 직결되고 다른 한편으로는 동적브레이크회로(14)에 직결되는 작동실(15)을 형성하며, 푸쉬로드피스톤(43)뒤 예를들면 환형실(23)과 같은 충전실에 다방향 제어밸브(24)가 중첩되는 압력도관을 개재하여 저장 및 압력보상레저바(3)와 부스터실(21)로 통하는 압력도관(30)양쪽에 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬립제어 브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비귀환밸브(47)가, 보조압력원(2)으로 부터 유압브레이크부스터(11)의 제어밸브(19)로의 압력라인(46)에 삽입되거나, 비귀환밸브에 의해 부스터실(21)로 부터 보조압력원(2)으로의 압력유체의 귀환흐름이 저지되기에 적합한 제어밸브(19)에 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬립제어 브레이크시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 브레의크페달(22)이 압력요소, 예를들면 피스톤로드(40)를 개재하여 부분적으로 제1마스터 실린더 피스톤(43)이 연결된 부스터피스톤(39)에 작용하며, 링크 예를들면 레버링크(41)가 피스톤로드(40)와 부스터피스톤(39)사이에 중첩되고 그 피스톤로드(40)와 부스터피스톤(39)사이의 상대적인 범위를 허용하지만, 브레이크부스터(11)의 고장시 그 두 부품(39와 40)을 비적극적으로 상호 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬립제어브레이크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브가 부스터실(21)로부터 스텝있는 구조의 플로팅 피스톤(42)앞 작동실(15)로의 압력유체도관(26,30)에 삽입되며, 그 밸브에 의해서 부스터실의 압력이 설정치 이하로 떨어진 경우 작동실(15)에서 부스터실(21)로의 압력유체의 귀환흐름이 저지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬립제어 브레이크시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 밸브가 부스터실(21)로부터 스텝있는 구조의 플로팅 피스톤(42)앞 작동실(15)로의, 압력유체도관(26,30)에 삽입되며, 그 밸브에 의해서 부스터실의 압력이 설정치 이하로 떨어진 경우 작동실(15)에서 부스터실(21)로의 압력유체의 귀환 흐름이 저지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬맆제어 브레이크시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
