Claims (8)
- 종방향으로 일정 간격씩 순차로 이격된 연결부분(13)에 의해 종방향으로 이어진 가느다란 제품들의 연속 체인을 원하는 길이(1)의 조각(12)들로 절단하는 다음의 공정들로 구성되는 방법:(a) 탐지 스테이션(15)과 그 하류에 있는 절단 스테이션(17)을 지나는 경로를 따라, 각 조각(12)의 길이(1)와 같이 제1간격 만큼 가느다란 제품의 체인(11)을 단속적으로 이송하는 공정;(b) 체인(11)이 정지되어 있는 동안, 절단 스테이션(17)에서 체인(11)을 원하는 길이(1)의 조각(12)들로 연속적으로 절단하는 공정;(c) 상기 이송 공정(a)중에, 탐지 위치(15)에서 각 이웃하는 한쌍의 가느다란 제품(11)들의 연결부분(13)을 탐지하는 공정;(d) 상기 탐지 공정(a)에 응하여, 체인(11)의 선단으로부터 탐지된 연결부분(13)을 향해 연장하여 연결부분(13)에 못미쳐 끝나는 체인 종방향부분(L)으로부터 절단하여 만들어질 수 있는 원하는 길이(1)의 조각(12)들의 예상되는 갯수를 계산하는 공정;(e) 계산된 갯수의 조각(12)들이 절단되어질 때까지, 상기 이송 공정(a)과 상기 절단 공정(b)을 반복하는 공정;(f) 그후, 탐지된 연결부분(13)이 절단 스테이션(17)의 하류에 위치할때가지, 제2간격만큼 체인을 앞으로 이송하는 공정;(g) 탐지된 연결부분(13)을 포함하는 절단된 조각(12a)을 만들도록 체인(11)을 절단하는 공정;(h) 마지막으로 절단된 조각(12a)을 제거하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 체인 이송 공정이 제1간격으로 체인(11)을 전진시키는 제1 모우드 또는 제2간격으로 체인을 전진시키는 제2모우드로 선택적으로 작동하는 간헐 작동 이송 유니트(16)에 의하여 이루어지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연결부분(13)을 포함한 상기 조각(12a)제거 공정이 조각(12a)을 받는 작업 위치와 이 작업 위치에서 떨어진 준비 위치 사이에서 왕복으로 움직일 수 있는 용기(33)에 조각(12a)이 떨어지도록 함으로써 이루어지는 방법.
- 종방향으로 일정 간격씩 순차로 이격된 연결부분(13)에 의해 종방향으로 이어진 가느다란 제품들(11)의 연속 체임(11)을 원하는 길이(1)의 조각(12)들로 절단하는 장치로서,(a) 일정 경로를 따라 가느다란 제품의 체인(11)을 이송하기 위한 간헐 작동 이송유니트(16)로서, 절단될 각 조각(12)의 소요 길이(1)와 같은 제1간격으로 체인(11)을 이송하는 제1모우드 또는 한개의 연결부분(13)을 갖는 각 조각(12a)의 길이(a)와 같은 제2간격으로 체인(11)을 이송하는 제2모우드로 선택적으로 작동하는 상기 이송 유니트(16);(b) 상기 이송 유니트(16)가 작동을 하지 않는 동안, 원하는 길이(1)로 절단된 조각(12)으로 체인(11)을 절단하기 위해 상기 이송 유니트(11)의 하류에 있는 경로에 배치된 절단 유니트(17);(c) 서로 이웃하는 한쌍의 가느다란 제품(11)들 사이에 있는 연결부분(13)이 탐지기(15)에 도착할 때마다 신호펄스를 만들기 위해 상기 절단 유니트 하류에 배치된 탐지기(15);(d) 상기 탐지기(15)로부터 하나의 신호펄스를 수신하면, 체인의 선단으로 부터 탐지된 연결부분(13)을 향해 연장하고 탐지된 연결부분(13)에 못미쳐 끝나는 체인의 종방향부분(L)으로 부터 체인(11)을 절단함으로써 만들어질 수 있는 원하는 길이(1)의 조각(12)들의 예상되는 갯수를 계산하고, 계산된 갯수의 조각(12)들이 절단되어졌을 때, 상기 제1모우드에서 제2모우드로 상기 이송 유니트(16)의 작동을 변경시키는 제1출력 신호를 만들어 상기 탐지된 연결부분(13)을 상기 절단 유니트(17)를 넘어 앞으로 전진시키고, 또한, 다음 절단작동에 의해 탐지된 연결부분(13)을 포함한 절단 조각(12a)이 만들어졌을 때, 상기 이송 유니트(16)의 작동을 상기 제2모우드에서 상기 제1모우드로 변경시키는 제2출력신호로 만들어 내도록, 상기 탐지기(15), 상기 이송 유니트(16), 상기 절단 유니트(17)와 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 제어 유니트(35); 그리고(e) 연결부분(13)을 포함하는 마지막 절단 조각(12a)을 받기 위해 상기 제어 유니트(35)와 전기적으로 연결된 왕복운동 용기 유니트(19)로서 절단된 조각(12a)을 받는 작업위치와 이 작업위치에서 떨어진 준비위치 사이에서 왕복으로 움직일 수 있는 용기(33)를 포함하는 상기 용기 유니트(19); 로 구성된 체인 절단장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 최소한 한개의 금속철쇠(14)를 포함하는 연결부분(13)에 사용하기 위하여, 상기 탐지기(15)가 금속 탐지기로 되어 있는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 빛 반사-연결 테이프를 포함하는 연결부분(13)에 사용하기 위하여, 상기 탐지기(15)가 반사형-광전 탐지기로 되어 있는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 이송 유니트(16)가 상기 절단 유니트(17)에 근접하여 배치된 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 원하는 길이(1)의 절단된 조각(12)들을 받기 위해 상기 절단 유니트(17)밑에 배치된 고정 용기(18)를 더 포함하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
