Description
Claims (9)
- 광파이버 상호의 접속부에 있어서 한쪽의 광파이버 케이블의 케이블시스단부로 부터 인출된 복수의 광파이버 심선 및 다른쪽의 광파이버 카이블의 케이블시스단부로 부터 인출된 복수의 광파이버 심선에 다심(多心) 키넥터가 각기 일괄하여 취부되고, 상기한 각 케이블단부외주에 해당하는 각 케이블시스단부의 앞쪽으로 돌출하는 하우징이 각기 장착되며, 상기한 각각의 다심키넥터가 부착된 강파이버심선과 이러한 다심키넥터에 맞대어지도록 하는 힘을 부여하기 위한 스프링이 상기한 하우징 각각의 내부에 수납되어 해당하는 다심키넥터 각각이 하우징 각각의 선단 내부에 유지되며, 해당하는 다심키넥터 각각의 접속단면이 서로 부합되어 광파이버심선 각각이 상호 광학적으로 일괄접속되고, 상기한 하우징 각각이 이러한 선단의 주에 걸쳐진 어댑터와 그 어댑터 양단을 하우징 각각의 선단의주에 고정하기 위한 고정구를 개재시켜 서로 연결되어짐을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 케이블 접속부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징이 기단부(基壇部)가 케이블 시스단부의주에 장착된 통상의 긴 외축 하우징 부재와 그 외측 하우징부재의 선단 내부에 긴쪽 방향으로 이동이 자유롭도록 하는 맞추어 끼워진 통상 혹은 캡상의 짧은 내측 하우징부재로 되며, 다심키넥터가 내측 하우징부재를 개재시켜 그 내부에 유지되어지는 동시에 그 다심키넥터에는 내측 하우징부재와 외측 하우징부재의 사이에 개재된 스프링을 개재시켜 소정의 맞대어지게 하는 힘이 부여되게 함을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 케이블 접속부.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징이 기단부가 케이블시스 단부외주에 장착된 통상의 긴 외축 하우징부재와 그 외측 하우징부재의 선단에 연결된 통상의 짧은 연장하우징부재 및 그 연장하우징부재 내에 고정된 통상 혹은 캡상의 짧은 내측 하우징부재로 되며, 다심키넥터가 내측 하우징부재 내에 끼워넣어져 있는 동시에 그 다심키넥터에 해당하는 다심키넥터와 내측 하우징부재의 사이에 개재된 스프링을 개재시켜 소정의 맞대어지게 하는 힘이 부여되어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 케이블 접속부.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다심키넥터와 내측 하우징부재가 일체로 성형되어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 케이블 접속부.
- 제2 또는 제4항에 있어서, 내측 하우징부재 상호에는 심합체용의 가이드핀과 가이드공이 설치되며, 이러한 가이드핀과 가이드공이 서로 끼워져 있음을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 케이블 접속부.
- 제3항에 있어서, 연장하우징부재 상호의 외주면 혹은 외측 하우징부재의 외주면과 어댑터의 내주면에는 서로 대응하는 키와 키홈이 상대형성되어져, 이러한 키와 키홈이 서로 맞추어 끼워져 있음을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 케이블 접속부.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 광파이버 케이블의 케이블시스 단부로 부터 인출된 렌숀멤버가 하우징 내의 기단부측에 고정되어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 케이블 접속부.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 혹은 제7항에 있어서, 렌숀멤버가 고정용 수지를 개재시켜 고정되어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 케이블 접속부.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 혹은 제7항에 있어서, 렌숀멤버가 환형 약키링부품을 개재시켜 고정되어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 케이블 접속부.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
